I work in higher education and I have multiple people order their transcripts through this company-we NEVER get them! Other reviews have stated they overcharge. Go to your school's official website and follow their directions to order your transcripts. Most institutions use either Parchment or Student Clearinghouse. Need my transcripts is not a legitimate company and Google should NOT allow it in their search engine.
I am the registrar at a public high school. I learned that when people search "transcript and name of their high school" NeedMyTranscript pops up in the first few spots of the search engine. People are not aware that this is a third party who is charging extra for their transcript. The last person I spoke to said that she was charged $12.00. Our school charges $5.00 and mails transcripts without the delay caused by going through a third party. Contact your school directly! It will be faster and cheaper.
