A. If they have to record what they are telling you..why? It is a rip-off and they are protecting themselves.This company did, and each time during the recording i asked a pertinent question about the things he was recoeding he would stop the machine, answer the question, and not allow his answer to be recorded. Start the recording again, only allowing me yes answers. B. He continued to say this was not typical Health Insuarance but I could go to any provider in the city. I did not beleive this and finally made him answer me and he said anyone who took Blue Cross or Sharp Helth ibsurance, however , none of the documents on the internet state that. C. After you have been recorded, paid them and signed up/registered, this is what you see on the internet for the type of Health insurance coverage: 'Medical Bill coverage' Save on your medical bils with our negotiation program.

Ive been scammed, ive been paying for health insurance for a year, so i dont have to pay fine at end of year.. did taxes and found out ive been scammed i have no insurance and i got fined also.. need ALL my money back.. and im going to bbb also..
Horrible customer service, a lot of places in my area does not accept this program. In addition, they don't pro-rate when you need to cancel. They charged my card 2 days before my cancellation and they charged me $300. And EVEN then, they cut the coverage right away, and not the remainder of the month. HORRIBLE, and DO NOT RECOMMEND! DO NOT GET IT!
