Natural Blossom Reviews

I fell victim to high-pressure sales tactics. Not knowing who I am dealing with, I set an appointment for a LED red light promotional facial treatment. The session turned out to be far from a relaxing experience. Although, all smiling and attentive, the personnel would not stop raving about their products and devices. There were a lot of questions, very personal questions. I remember growing somehow irritated, asking them to let me relax. I was offered some water and left alone for maybe 5 minutes and then they just kept raving and raving. I decided to be nice and that set me on a very wrong path. Being nice with a scammer makes us vulnerable.

I kept saying: I don't need it, I can't afford it, I don't want it. They do not take No for an answer. They kept coming back with new offers, additional products, additional little devices and kept nagging, and nagging. It felt like I was in a madhouse. There are always like 2-3 of them working on the victim.

So, during my first interaction with employees of this store I was pressured into spending $ 9,031.20 on a treatment package including whole body rejuvenating, steaming, trimming, etc. They also had guts to charge me $85.20 for the promotional part of this treatment ! When I returned for the services offered with the original purchase I was pressured into additional $ 8,520.00, this time by the Regional Manager himself, Eric Mor (this is not his real name)

In the course of 3 days, the employees of forementioned store, using their aggressive sales tactics, sold me a bunch of ineffective devices and products. The first device was a Red LED light wand, (in the words of selling person Liyah "the best device ever!!I will never need anything else, guaranteed!!"). Two (2) days later a greedy Regional manager (Eric Mor, or whatever his name is) was telling me that the LED wand device is not good, I will never get the results I expected..... he said, what I need is the whole body device, ORA LED red light therapy. By continuing to use this super aggressive, intimidating sales tactics he convinced me that I am getting a great deal.

I am still not clear on what had happened there. I remember the order of events (so I think), but I can not explain what was happening to me mentally and emotionally. I remember the coffee tasting sweet, although I asked for no cream, no sugar. The cap on the bottle of water was already cracked, she said, she did it for my convenience (???). Is it possible that I was drugged? More I think about it, the more convinced I become. $17,551.20 in a course of 3 days?! It is nothing like me, I am not an impulsive shopper, especially with the money I don't have.

When I finally left the store and with the help of my friend I started to think reasonably again, I thought, if the first one is "no good" (coming from the manager himself) then what's the guarantee that the second one is any better? And why does it cost so much money? I did a quick research and was astonished with the results. It was an obvious scam !

I immediately returned to the store, still light headed and confused, I wanted an explanation, I wanted my money back. The manager calmed me down with another bottle of water and his hypnotic scamming tactics, and he walked me to the parking lot, to protect me from "haters, who were supposed to harass people for buying this product" (his words not mine).

On my long drive home I was thinking, how am I going to pay off my credit cards? I can't afford spendings like this (oh, on top of all the charges, the remaining balance of $4K is supposed to be paid over the next month or two, courtesy of the store manager). I haven't signed anything, not even the printed receipt at the store, but I was told that signature is not required.

I still can't comprehend the whole situation, why neither of my credit card banks send me a security text to confirm the transaction? I have this feature set up on both cards. Maybe, just maybe a hiccup with the card would interrupt the process? Maybe hearing that charges have been declined would bring me back to senses. I remember, I was very apologetic for not having enough money to pay them. My brain was looking for a reason, this would be the one.

They violated me mentally and emotionally, they devastated me financially. I need some items, but I am afraid to go to the store. I think I may suffer from PTSD. Will I ever recover? One thing I know, I am not the same person I used to be before Aug 25, 2023.
