Wish I could give no stars. Placed an order and never received product. Called for weeks, finally got a human being to cancel my order and my credit card was never refunded- so basically they stole my money. They have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. Shut down these thieves!
Terrible Company! Originally told me the cabinets I ordered were in stock and would ship right away. This is why I ordered fro, them becasue I really needed them fpr my business right away. Even made plans to have people in place to move them when they arrived. Two weeks later I called and they then said, "No, we never said that, they need to be made first, it will be 3-4 weeks." After that, I started calling and emailing weekly and only got the run around. We are checking with production, but you are very important to us. This was all BS. Finally today after two months, they tell me it will be another 5-6 weeks and they have authorized a refund. INstead of actually address the issue and get on the cabinets that promised weeks ago, they took the easy way out and just refunded my money, without any care about the the costs to me for not having them in place in time. This is assuming I actually get it, and with a company like this, you never know.
Buyer beware, read all of the other Google reviews, they are all only 1 star. I wish I would have checked first. This is not a company to buy anything from ever.
