We were in a hurry to sell our rv Within month or two). Needed to sell it to buy a house. We were very clear with them that we could not take an offer below payoff and our sell price was reasonable as payoff was below the value! i am not very trustworthy with companies like this and asked a lot of questions. I was clear we only could do this if they could sell it within a month or two. They gave me some bull about "we already checked our market customer base and there is a demand for rv's like yours, we already had people asking when we reviewed it!"
I talked my husband into this unfortunately even though we could not afford $599!! over the next several months, i made a couple of changes to the ebay ad but they didn't show in the ad past the first one. I would ask them to reduce the price as the payoff had gone down and they did not. They said in order to relist it, ebay would charge another charge and i blasted them! told them we were not paying another penny and they needed to live up to their contract! this was after a couple of months. They kept saying we needed to lower the price and i told them we could not as we did not have money to pay the difference. I showed them several rv's older than ours that were much more expensive for asking price!
We have sold stuff in the past, we are not stupid and the crap they tried to tell me i called them out on all of it. I told them i would leave a bad review if they didn't sell it like they stated they could "in 2 - 3 weeks"!...They said they get lawyers on people that leave bad reviews as they are all false! they told me And i have it in an email), that all these reviews are competitors and liars.
"the only bad reviews we have ever had written about our company were bogus off of the websight called yscam those arent written by actual customers but by jealous competitors and scammers. " this is straight out of my email from them.
I so want to sue them for a refund and will not leave them alone until they give us some of it back! we finally sold the rv ourselves with no help from them. Total waste of money!
