These people place ads for notary services to provide leads to new contractors but then when you apply and send them all your information, you never hear from them. Could possibly be data mining for your information.
I signed up with National Signing Source the end Of April 2016. Since then I have had many issues with their customer service/support. They simply do not respond to email, website messenger or calls. Spent over $300 and am yet up and running as a signing agent as promised.
I sent an email to customer support on June 16th as directed by Christina, in Sales, she does answer her phone (the seventh message I have sent over time regarding products they promised). NO ONE has responded, I cannot get simple questions answered.

Please advise when my stamp and seal were ordered, how to obtain my business card and when my application was submitted to your bonding agency. What is the name of the bonding agency you used for my notary bond?
I was told by Christina in Sales to email you regarding this as she is unable to answer any of my questions.
Please get back with me asap as I have been trying to get up and running for weeks and am not receiving answers to my questions from your company.
