National Glass & Gate Service, Inc. Reviews

We have had numerous requests to work for NG&G to fix and repair retail stores but until they pay the outstanding invoice from summer of last year, we will not help them at all. I keep getting calls to do more "emergency"work and I always ask about the unpaid invoice but they never seem to get the check in the mail. They even sent emails requesting any unpaid invoices be sent in again (3rd time we sent in invoice) and they would be paid before the end of 2017. They did not pay the invoice and today I got a call and told them to look and pay but the lady who called acted like she was concerned for our payment and said if she was in charge of my account, I would have been paid already. She then hung up. Go figure!

NG&G called our office in July 2017 with an emergency leak at a Walgreens. The service request was for a reputable company (Walgreens) and we immediately went out to take care of the situation. After inspecting the fire sprinklers, and finding no leak, the manager then stated the call was for a leak behind a toilet. NG&G wouldn't approve anything more than a standard service call fee of $59 and no services were actually performed. They still have not paid that invoice.

In August 2017 we made a plumbing repair at another property. In November they requested a W9 that was in their vendor set up packet. We explained that we had never been provided a vendor packet, but quickly emailed the W9. They paid in December 2017 less $15 because they couldn't pay the Invoice because of the missing W9.

In September, October, November, December and January we performed plumbing services at Walgreens and other property locations. To date, still no payment on any of those invoices. They tend to call after hours and on the weekends, when the office doesn't have control of where a technician is sent. When a location like Walgreens calls, the technicians really don't worry about getting paid, they just know that the property needs to be taken care of. We have numerous commercial management companies and generally don't have any problems. Since NG&G always provides a P.O. number, so that we can be paid, the techs have performed the work. The companies using this property management company need to be made aware of the type of company they have hired to represent them. I will be notifying each company of this problem.

They must be a very small company pretending to be a large company because there is only one accounts payble clerk. When we've asked to speak to her boss, we are told that she is her own boss. Needless to say, you can never get in touch with this person and therefore have had no success in resolving these matters.
