We were told via phone that this is an insurance coverage policy for dental, vision, prescriptions and medical. The price of @ $800 for 2 middle aged couple sounded too good to be true. Once we got the cards in the mail they said "This is a discount program. Program is not insurance" When we called them they said we would get other cards in the mail which would be our real insurance coverage cards. They said these were our temporary cards that offered a discount before our policy actually started. Our policy was suppose to start April 17. but when we called they said it really doesn't start until May 1st and to wait for new cards.

The cards never came. When I took our orginal cards to the pharmacy to refill our medications, CVS said these were not recongized and nor was there any discount.

We called AWIS who sold us the policy. They said they would refund us which seems to be there canned response to others whom had reported the scam. We had to cancel our credit cards immediately and faxed AWIS a written letter for cancellation. I don't expect to ever see a refund and it seems the credit card dispute may not be an option.

I entered an agreement for health insurance from. The person from Bene Market LLC on the phone explained that the insurance that I was purchasing was a full coverage insurance for my family. It sounded great, here is my credit card.

Well, I then received a brochure in my email and that it was just a supplement. I called them back and cancelled. The lady in the account department stated "it will be back on my credit card within 5 to 7 business days". It did not happen. I called my credit card company"Discover" to dispute. I lost the dispute because national association said " need cancellation in writing"..

I was not told this.. they took two payments out of my credit card and my discover card said that they have their policys that I signed.. first off- I am disputing a charge, how are you letting another one go through to the same company???

Second, where is my signature on any forms? I did not sign any paper work.. very upset that a large company does not check on what lie's a salesperson is saying to sell!
