I was on Facebook I had seen a nice jumper suite. So I decided to get it. For 20.00 Looked it up so I payed for it the web site said it will be here between 8-15 Business days. Its been over 2 months and still haven't received it...

I was on fb and seen this website that was called nastydress they had shower curtains and rugs so i paid for both the shower curtain came on 1-19-2017 the rug has never showed up i have sent e-mails and ever thing i could they will not call or e-mail me back if any one can find out were my rug went or can get back the money i would be very thankful thanks so much

NastyDress.com is a ripp-off internet company. Takes 2 months to receive your order, it does not fit...by a long shot and they B.S. you as you try to return it. I should have checked their reputation before buying. Shame on Facebook for allowing scams.

I ordered over a dozen things, outfits, and accessories. I got 4 thing that i had ordered in the mail. When i went to give them to the photographer he asked me why the sizes were wrong and where the rest of his order was wrong. I investigated. Filed all my emails thru their website. The 2 small look a like shirt were not smalls. The 2 tiny girls who wanted these shirts for this event desided they were not gonna pay for their photo shoot cause the clothing was wrong. We had to give them away to the fat people store cause they said the shirts weren't worth the shipping i had paid.. over 3 quarters my order has never arrived. I ordered feburary 2016. Its december 2016. An outfit for our interveiw taker with major performer had asked for pants bit when they came with the first shipment they were already shredded. We had to throw them away cause we couldn't even use them for rags to pick up dog s***. I personally ordered a leather harley quinn jacket. Never came. I was suppost to interview "In this Moment, and Papa Roach" in that jacket. Our hobby of interveiwing people for our website and fan club is not something to laugh at, but they did. I had a phone call from them cause the couldnt understand the "advanced profanity legal terms i was saying to them" in a message. So i demanded my money back and all my merchandise since everything was already past scheduled delivery date, they hung up on me while laughing. 4 months went by they emailed me asking how i liked all my stuff but i still hadnt received anything. Its a joke right. You pay $20 shipping charge for nothing to be delievered and to be insulted. When i left another message on there demanding my money back they straight out said no that its my fault for paying before i got the product. So rude. I want all my money back. I dont want them to be able to sell anything to anyone.

About a month ago I ordered two pieces of clothing: a sweater and a dress. They gladly took my money and did not bother to process my order and gave me a "unique" (invalid) tracking number. I have patietly waited for a couple weeks then decided it was time to take action, I decided to email them to figure out when they would arrive. No response. Then after several more attempts I got a message with an automated response that is complete BS. Shut them down.

Bought two wigs. They are horrible. One of the wigs wasn't what I ordered. They other wig sown terribly and not my size. They are purposely stealing from us. They sent me what they wanted. I was totally ripped off. Even paid extra for shipping. They are not in the US. Shame on them. They change wigs on their site quite frequently.

They offer the very best customer support but it is terrible, the wrong size of jacket was ordered so when I asked to exchange for bigger size, they did not acknowledge my request, instead offered a 10% off coupon and wanted me to make a whole other purchase. They were very rude.

This company provides shipping confirmations without actually interfacing with the mail courier. They consider an item that's been shipped out as "delivered." When you file a claim, they merely tell you, "We have no policy for compensation for lost packages." What kind of company is this? They're happy to take your money and even happier to keep it when you can demonstrate you did not receive what you ordered. It should be criminal.

They're "solution?" Give me a few points towards shopping with them in the future. Points. As in worthless, valueless digits you have to accumulate by BUYING more from their website in order to put towards store credit. This is reprehensible. Such bad faith. Such a terrible company. I will never shop with them again.

You shouldn't shop with them either. You'll be disappointed and left feeling robbed and insulted. BAD BAD BAD company.

I ordered from Nasty Dress and it took almost 2 months to get anything and then when it finally comes it is not what I ordered. The items I did get are too small when I ordered an XXL and received an XS. My three year old grand-daughter could not wear these clothes. They sent me a shirt that needs to be finished or maybe thrown away and restarted to get the right measurements and line it up correctly and add everything it is supposed to have. I didn't even order it, I ordered a corset and that shirt is what I was sent.

I recently ordered some things from Nastydress.com. I thought it was a fun site with cheap prices so I wasn't expecting the best in the world. The first things to arrive were cheaply made but doable and for the price, who could complain?

After that, I ordered a jacket and a blouse. When I got them, they were very ill fitting and I did't like the material. They just didn't fit.

So as I have in every other online purchase I've made, I contacted them for the return. You have to get what they call a ticket number in order to return anything. I got the ticket number and they responded pretty quickly. I said I wanted to return the items. They wanted pictures of the items and the tags in tact. I did that. Then they wanted me to send them the measurements of the items....what? What does that even mean?

Then they offered that I keep the items and they refund me 7% of the purchase which as the total cost was $37.96 was a waist of time. I got pretty pissed off. I told them this was bad business and a scam and many other not so nice remarks. I really got the runaround.

Then they said that they I could return the items but that I would have to pay all the shipping. They told me that the address would have to include the Chinese writing also. It actually said that. I looked up the amount of the shipping and it was almost the cost of the items themselves. Not worth it. They had first offered 7%. Then 10%. Then 20%. I finally settled on 30% because I was just tired of the whole thing. However, if I wanted and exchange, there was no charge for the shipping. Even if I wanted an exchange, where do you go from size small?

I'm not even being picky. The other items were crap but I can use them. I would never wear this ill fitting jacket or blouse. I don't expect my money back necessarily but I think this company is ripping people off.

I placed an order for 10 clothing items with Nastydress.com on November 7 totaling $151.00. I received only 3 out of the 10 items i ordered. I was told that the remainer items would be mailed first on Nov. 27th then the date changed to Dec.3. In the interim, i was told that one of the items i ordered was out of stock and to find another replacement item of the same value. Upon sending them my item of choice to replace it with, their response was that item is also no longer in stock and to choose another item. I went through this process with 4 other replacement items i chose, only to be told each item was not available. then when i finally told them to cancel that item and to issue a refund, they responded that the replacement item i chose is available and will be sent out.

Fast forward to Dec. 7, I submitted another ticket asking for the tracking info on the remaining 10 items that was suppose to be shipped to me on Dec 3. They responded that the items were out of stock and had to be replenished and won't be mailed till around Dec 15th. and on top of that, they said another one of the items i purchased is again out of stock and to replace it with another item of my choosing. I finally just emailed them and told them to cancel the rest of my order and to send me a refund and that i'm going to call my bank to dispute the charges. Because of this obvious scam, i am out $115.30!!!

I placed a order with this company and they took my money as soon as I placed my order and it's been well over 24 hours and all I keep getting is my order is processing.

Nasty Dress is the right name. The clothing arrives months after they take your money. It won't fit a child and the material is similar to a child's Halloween costume. The company will dodge all refund inquiries by running you in circles. I did not receive one item at all and they won't even ship the missing piece. This site is a scam originating in China. Buyer beware and do not order from them.
