Untrustworthy Incentive Based Game Developer. A small San Francisco, California based software developer of grind timer based games such as Legendary. This mind suck of a game uses in-app purchases that are themselves promoted using incentives based advertising. This would all be fine if they would actually honor their incentive agreements with those who in good faith downloaded and wasted hours of their lives dedicated to playing their stupid game. To be fair the corrupt advertising firm supersonicads which they have chosen to push their software should be working with advertisers and end users to correct problems instead of simply issuing boilerplate rejections of tickets that don’t contain whatever "proof” they claim hasn’t been provided.

This company has had very poor business practices surrounding a game app called LEGENDARY. For some time now customers have been asking them to implement PURCHASE CONFIRMATION into its app. (THIS APP IS ON A TOUCH SCREEN DEVICE - IPHONE, GALAXY, IPAD)They refuse to do this. On 4/26/2018 - while I was at work I accidentally made a purchase in-game for something that can be obtained for free in another part of it.

(details) events happen in this game. in this particular event, you go on a "crusade" earning items for the said event for free and use them in other parts of the event. these items are gathered for FREE!!! now when those items run out (i.e. keys etc et) you can purchase more...but when its early on in the event you don't need to as its so easy to get them in the beginning. I had only moved up 2-3 spaces in the beginning and used my keys collected on other parts of the event. Now when I ran out and clicked to continue a pop up came up...BUY MORE KEYS. 300 gems for 3 keys. I didn't mean to as I was talking to a co-worker I hit yes buy. I figured after it happened I could talk to customer service surely they will understand. they asked me to provide a description of the event. ok...sure. I did. then they asked me for details of the event. price...what did I receive. Now I wasn't sure. The in-game store says 300 gems for 3 keys. well, I didn't know if the pop up said the same thing.(THE POP UP COULD HAVE HAD A DIFFERENT PRICE, I DIDNT KNOW, IT WAS AN ACCIDENT AND I DIDNT HAVE TIME TO MEMORIZE IT) I recreated the event using more keys earned from the crusade and the keys purchased thinking hey I can get more for free they can take my free keys and I can get my gems back.

(insight into the gems) they cost an arm and a leg. this game is for the whales of the world who are rich. people spend 1000's of dollars on this game. I am not kidding. I play for free and sometimes get a 14-day gem pass for 5 bucks...once in a blue moon. hence why I wanted my gems back for a product I can get for free elsewhere in a game that lacks purchase confirmation. GEE I WONDER WHY THEY won't PROTECT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT!!!???

LONG STORY SHORTENING NOW. They asked for information about it I gave them answers. the questions about the transaction I had to recreate the transaction halfway...then when I emailed my answer detailing HOW I got the information and why I wanted to recreate it (so I can give them accurate information) they responded with HEY DONT USE THE KEYS OR WE CANT REFUND YOU!! even though the keys are free....from crusade. I have 4 keys there for them to take and they won't refund it. apparently VIRTUAL PROPERTY FROM POINT A ISNT THE SAME AS VIRTUAL PROPERTY FROM POINT B EVEN THOUGH THE DO THE SAME THING!!! They know this. They also were informed that they sent their restrictions after the fact. 30 minutes after the fact. I have the emails saved. and they refuse to refund.

This company won't put in purchase confirmations for its customers to protect them and their investments into its game. They sell items in game that can be obtained for free elsewhere. they can see that my needs were small. I simply wanted to get back what I didn't NEED to by and they see this. they see how far into the event I was and there was no need to buy keys. when all I had to do was wait a few minutes for my keys to recharge for free. I didn't need to spend that. Their terms for the refund were posted after getting the information they asked for and the only to get this information was to recreate it. I had no way of knowing the pop-up price was the same as the in-store price. I didn't want to give misinformation. And then the rep tells me AFTERWARDS they won't accept keys earned....it had to be the 3 that came to me from the purchase even though they go to the same place. same key...SAME NAME. does the same thing in game....shady? YEAH SHADY!!! total rip off!!

After taking this story and my screen shots of the conversations with their customer serivce Tehy began to mark all my psots as spam. They would not let me talk in teh forums. They silnced me at every turn and I was not cursing in my posts. I was not name calling or being rude. They wouldnt show what their customer service did to me.
