The Seller sent me a wig that was falling apart and matted. I sent the product back with the understand that a replacement "quality" wig would be sent. After waiting a additional month for the replacement wig to arrive I asked the seller what the status of my order was and she replied "I think they are waiting on your address. After sending my address I waited a additional 2 weeks (even though shipping take 3 business days). I wrote the seller AGAIN and she stated she would send the tracking once she got home, she never sent the tracking. I waited ANOTHER 3 days before contacting her again, this time I stated that if my item was not shipped that day then I want a refund. Tiffany (seller) stated she would call me later with the tracking. I never received a call and I waited 5 days. After that I asked for a refund but the seller ignored my messages for multiple days (mind you this conversation is taking place on Instagram). I then spammed her Instagram page to get a response but the only response I got was a notification saying I was blocked. I have now turned to Paypal to get my money back. LESSON IS.... DON'T BUY FROM TIFFANY NICOLE RAY!!!!!!!!!!!
