I purchase a Hayward Navigator standard leaf canister.

Within SEVEN WEEKS the internal basket blew apart with a hole form one end to the other.

I called Amazon they reported this to the MYPOOLYARD company and within 30 minutes I got an email back from Amazon saying the company MYPOOLYARD had closed the complaint as it was past the time they would do anything.

SEVEN WEEKS! Clearly this company should not be selling products if they do not back the product.

I have also complained to Hayward for a substandard product.

I ordered a gallon of Nelsonite 2000 pool paint and paid almost $20 for USPS shipping. It arrived a week later in damaged condition. The can was smashed in on all sides due to lack of packing material. I emailed the company with pictures asking for a replacement. They did not respond. I called three day later and was told that a replacement would be sent out but that it had to be confirmed by the owner the next day. I did not hear from anyone so called again. This time the owner answered denying that he knew anything about my order. When reminded that I had sent an email with pictures four days earlier and called the day before he claimed that he was too busy to read emails this week. Then he said in an iritated tone that he saw no leakage in the pictures so that the product was 100% fine and that I should use it. I pointed out that the can was badly distorted and unstable and that attempting to open it was unsafe and would spill paint everywhere.

Again I asked that he replace the can with a normal one. He told me to return the product and that he would issue a rufund only after he received it. A third time I asked that he send a replacement. He responded angrily that he was out of stock. The MyPoolYard.com website indicates differently. This man needs professiobnal help and does not operate a reliable or trustworthy business.

Beware: Untrustworthy business

I ordered a gallon of pool paint. Paid almost $20 for shipping USPS. It arrived a week later damaged in a very small box with minimal packing material. Clearly it was not packed professionally. The can was smashed in at the sides and bulging at both ends. The handle was missing. I emailed the company with pictures immediately asking for a replacement. After three days and no reply I called the company. The woman who answered said that they would typically send out a replacement but that the owner was out until the next day. I asked and she confirmed that he would contact me by phone and email. The owner did neither so I called again and a man answered. He denied knowing about my order and claimed that he had not read any emails so far this week (it was Friday.) He then said that since he did not see any leakage that the product is in perfectly usable condition. I explained that the can was unstable would spill all over if I tried to open it. His voice escalated and assumed an angry tone. When I asked that the company send a normal can that had been well packed for shipping he refused to replace the damaged shipment and claimed that he was now out of stock. This conflicts with the website MyPoolYard.com that shows they have abundant stock. He told me to use the return shipping label that he would send. Only after receiving it would he issue a refund.

Worst customer service ever

Ordered an item it turned out I didn't need through their Amazon marketplace. Only after I initiated the return do I find out there was a $50 restocking fee! This type of customer service prompted me to give them a poor review. After a back and forth, via email, with them asking me to change the review in exchange for waving the restocking fee, someone from the company calls me and begins to yell and talk over me constantly. 10X worse then the worst customer service I've ever received, and I'm a super laid back guy! His final works were, "Lets see who wins...your review or my restocking fee. Goodbye." I laughed and hung up and put the item on Ebay.

Buyers Beware... I purchased 4 bottles of Bio-Dex Protect All Supreme. They used the USPS to ship; tracking info shows the package was delivered, but it was not delivered to my address. The day after my package was supposed to have been delivered, I contacted the folks at MyPoolYard.com (aka: Wholesale Pool Mart, Inc.), and for two weeks I was given the run-around by the woman who answered my calls.

I was told they would get in touch with the Postal Service to put a trace on the package, but I have now learned they never contacted the post office. Their attitude seemed to be along the lines of, 'This is not our problem; we shipped it and it's too bad if you never received it'!

A reputable company would have sent another order out to me immediately, in an effort to keep the customer happy and coming back for future purchases, but these people don't seem to understand the concept of good business practices, refusing to acknowledge the lost package and send out a replacement order to me. In fact, the so-called "supervisor", Justin Pime, was incredibly rude to me on the telephone. He refused to put me in touch with his superior, acting out in an unprofessional, childish manner, and even threatening to block my telephone number so I couldn't call back to speak with his supervisor.

Stay away

Bought a defective part. Tried to return it and the guy with a thick mideleastern accent accused me of lying and switching parts. He rejected the return and asked me for $10 to return the item back to me.

Stay away from this store. They have a store on Amazon also.

Rude owner

I have been buying pool parts from this company for a few years now and have been very happy with their service....until today. I bought a skimmer cover recently and when it was delivered it was wrong. I called up and spoke to the owner and told him that I had checked with someone in his organization before I placed this order, as I couldn't find the right part # on his web site. This person assured me that this part number would be an equivalent to my old part number. He swears blindly that he never spoke with me.

I understand their reasons for a "restocking" fee, however, you would think that customer service is important to them, especially for a long standing customer. I guess this is what happens to some people when they become too independant.

He was obnoxious and argumentative. I will certainly not be using them again.

I contacted this company to return a part that they sent me which was incorrect, the part ordered on the receipt was correct but the part that I received was wrong. As he spoke it was very difficult to understand him. at this point he became irate because I asked him if he was located within this country he accused me of being a racist and went so far as to call me a homosexual I myself am a minority and I have never spoken to someone in a business setting as this adolescent spoke to me
