I used this sevice to build a resume for $3, and it did a pretty decent job. I went back in and built another resume for a friend of mine as well, and it was another $3. It was presented as a one time fee, and seemed fair.

I just checked my account, and they have charged me $25 on 20 seperate charges. I called them to dispute, and they gave me the run around. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO! You will certainly regret it.

I have tried to close this account since 7/31/2017, then found out in early March 2018 they had still been debiting my account. I contacted them in March, they issued me a one time "courtesy" refund of 24.95, and said my account was closed. 6/17/2018 I looked at my bank statement and found they continued to debit my card later on in March, April, May and June of 2018.

Now they are telling me that they closed the account and have no records of any debits on my account, and referred me to my bank. I sent them a one line copy of this months June 2018 debit, by email. No response since. Per the bank they can halp with only 60 days worth of unauthorized withdrawals....so I am stuck for about 150.00 they took out of my account.

Don't deal with this company. On another site someone said that they refunded them 3 months after billing them when they should have stopped....so why was I only offered a one month refund, when they were told 7 months before that to stop billing?

I will not stop with this at this level, after the bank is done I will continue on to attempt to get my money back, and I will post updates, so maybe others will think twice about using them.

This company ripped me off. I simply want to warn people. If you use this site they automatically start charging your account and sign you up for a membership illegally. Building a resume should be done safely. This company conned me and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. They should be out of business and I will write as many reviews and reports as it takes.

This site appears at the header of a google search for "free resume build and print"

Their page advertises "build your resume for FREE", then after you spend a ton of time "building" your resume, it will not let you view or print your finished product without entering a credit card for recurring billing. I wish I had checked this site first, I never would have wasted my time, which as a job-searcher, is precious.
