I wish the the wrath of every ancestor I descend from upon this company. From the pits of my f***ING soul , I hope this company burns to the ground and Jeffrey Tinsley has everything he has worked for disintegrate into dust for scamming WORKING CLASS PEOPLE. I should have done my research but I'm in a tough spot right now. I signed up for the 9.95 SINGLE PROFILE SEARCH. First off none of the info on the website seems to be accurate not even by a margin. These people charged me 155.00 even though I REJECTED THE MULTIPLE POP UPS FOR UPGRADE FOR A YEAR. I SPECIFICALLY CHOSE THE SINGLE PROFILE SEARCH AND THEY JUST CHARGED ME NEARLY 200 DOLLARS IN THE MIDDLE OF A MOVE . I HAVE RENT DUE ON MONDAY. I WANT MY GODDAMN MONEY BACK. what I find crazy about companies that do this is that they are their own self fulfilling prophecy and dig even deeper holes for themselves scamming thousands of people. I hope they go to hell.

MyLife.com has a Reputation Profile that is subjet to public search that displays fraudulent and incorrect information. It is a violation of my privacy rights anfd I never asked for any personal information about myself, my age, my education, my residential information, my family information or my social or legal information to be made public. For a fee, they are providing untrue and incorrect information about me that could be damaging to my reputation.

This woman is a very hateful person and abused cats in her home. She is located in Orangevile ca, and seem to harrass her neighbors on her behavior about her many cats she is abusing daily! She does have a history of criminal activity and hide her past very well with judging others for there mistakes they have made. I advise anyone trusting this woman to stay far away from her and report her to the police if she is seen to abuse the many cats she have in her home.

Animals are very precious and have amazing spirits to humans to show love and compassion. Why would a person abuse animals and judge others with hate and prejudice! This lady is very cruel and not to be trusted around animals at all ALERT ALERT!! The truth of the matter is that what comes around goes .....around Karma! This lady should be nice and not picking on others like her Animals and African American man who are minding there own business and working hard to feed there family.

Based on numerous internet complaints, the company is irresponsibly posting defamatory information on U.S. citizens; particularly in my case, the company is posting erroneous information that I in fact have a criminal record for the State of California, wherein that information is categorically untrue.

The publication actually reads, "John does have arrest or criminal records."

Considering the fact that I am both a blogger and executive with relatively an untarnished reputation, this company's reckless behavior has harmed my capacity to remain free of criminal prosecution in the eyes of the general public, entrepreneurs and businesses alike; the latter, who may have contemplated partnerships or business deals with me.

The company's reckless behavior has also caused me considerable mental anguish because it opted to remove the damning information [via a confirmation number] on or about 7/28/2019, and have failed to do so as of the date of this written complaint.

This company was previously sued in 2015 by "the Santa Monica City Attorney's Office and the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, allegedly violating California Anti-Spam law." Source: Wiki

This online reputation reporting Company reports erroneous and inaccurate information. If you try to get it corrected they want to charge you. You might have something as simple as a speeding Ticket as a public record, but they make you appear as convicted felon.

I searched my name on the internet. The 1st listing is from mylife.com and it has my full name, city and state and birthdate listed on the 1st line. I went to the website and it had a reputation score of 4 out of 5. I searched the site to find out why my score was not a 5. Mylife.com wants money.

I chose to not give them money. A year later - my score went down to 2.8. I called 1-888-704-1900 and pressed the extension to speak to representative. I was put on hold three times for 30 minutes each time and disconnected at the end. I finally pressed #2 - the option to "sign up for services"and the representative answered the phone immediately.

Her name was Raquel and she was a witch. She told me she could not find my profile and hung up on me. I called back and got Carla - she said she would remove my profile but she lied - it was still on it 30 minutes later. I called back and spoke with MIke - he said there were many duplicate profiles and requested they all get removed.

This is nothing but a scam. I filed complaints with the AG of New York and California. The CEO is Jeffrey Tinsley. He has horrible reviews all over the internet. The address for this Fraudulant Extortion Ring is 914 Westwood Blvd. Suite 517, Los Angeles CA 90024. The other people listed above were listed as top management for the Extortion Ring.

Richard Garmise was listed on New York Secretary of States Website for My LIfe, LLC. Adress: 551 Fifth Avenue Sutie 605, NY NY 10176. It is listed as a "foreign LLC". Time to purge our country of these scams. Please file complaints. I also filed with BBB of New York and California.

After signing up for their 7 day free trial and wanting to cancel before the end of it, I've TRIED & TRIED to get ahold of someone at their "customer care (don't care) number". (They provide 2 toll free numbers to call) LONG, LONG wait times, and then finally you hear a CLICK... and they DROP THE CALL.

I've attempted to call them 6 times and I've held on the line forever, - only to have my call dropped off after 25-40 minutes of holding & listening to their BS advertising while in the queue.

MyLife.com is certainly THE BIGGEST con game that I have seen to date. The way they operate is by compilating our personal data; such as addresses, phone numbers, people that call us and people that we call.

What they do with this information is compiled a "Reputation Score" - The more you pay them - the better your score! Pay more to get removed. The operation is predatory and cannot be trusted. I paid them $500 to be removed from the site and they billed me $5,000 and I still appear there!

The data that is collected from @MyLifeUS is from Federal, Local and State Public Records, Odometer Readings, Birth and Death Certificates, Associations, Medical Records, Hospital Visits, Phone Call Logs, Surveillance Systems and GPS.

The way the scam operates is to suck in people that want to improve their "Reputation Score" - To do this is virtually impossible! After getting bilked for $5,000 - My Rep Score is still -35.4 - I looked up Judges, Teachers, Clergy, Lawyers, Doctors and many people in high levels of government and social stature - ALMOST ALL, have derogatory, incomplete or fraudulent items in the report.

The concept is wonderful - but the information is WRONG, unverified and available to ANYONE to view online.

Mylife.com posted defamatory information about me allowing an anonymous user to post I am a cheat and a liar, causing me extreme stress. and allowing no way to rebutt information without paying them. Showing private information about me without my permission.

I want to join a class action lawsuit to sue this shady company. Much of the information about me is false and derogatory, and not even up to date. How can this release of private information be allowed to stand?

This company, website is a absolute fraud. Please do not use them ever. On Feb 7th i signed up for a 8 day trial, $1 to use the website, see how it work.

I found the website nothing but useless, no full information, basic search info. On Feb 8th i search all over their website, NO Place to cancel. On Feb 8th i sent severals emails informing of my cancel.

I called, was placed on a long hold, i sent another email to cancel. On Feb 19th My credit card was charged $22.95. On March 15th my credit card was charged $22.95. Total Fraud charges $45.90

On March 18th i finally got through to a phone operator. I told him i have proof from my bank my credit cards were charged, proof of the emails i sent to cancel.

He places me on hold for 10 mins, comes back, says he will refund $22.95, tells me it will be 7-14 days, I try to tell him, no it was two months , NOT ONE, hangs up on me.

Please do not use this website, i am now forced to go back to my bank and reverse the charges now. Please do not sign up on this website, be careful of other websites to search for people.

Mylife.com Information is posted on the website which poses a potential threat to personal security because of prior positions or employment. No permission was ever granted to collect and/or publish any information on any family member. Names of supposed associates are not known by us or how they may be associated with us. posted personal and professional information without permission

  • Jan 30, 2019

Here is the letter I wrote MyLife

I just discovered that on line in a Google search you are giving out my personal information that you have stolen and without my permission. Addresses phone numbers and date of birth. You are also falsely claiming that I have a very negative personal reputation. A 1.67 out of 5 which is horrendous.

You say in BIG RED letters and WARNING SIGNS that I may have sex offender history and criminal court arrest records and bankruptcy records in my background. You give out several "aliases" you say Ive used that I have never seen. You paint a picture of me as though I am a low life criminal and scum bag and nothing can be further from the truth.

How dare you do this. I am a well respected professional man that is being negatively affected by your slanderous lies. I have lost large amounts of business and personal connections because of your lies that you post for the world to see. And you have the gall to basically blackmail me from your slander by charging me an ongoing monthly fee to make all these lies private. How dare you.

I will give you 48 hours to remove all of my information from your records and remove from the internet or I will put in motion a lawsuit and criminal charges on you bastards that will make you understand and never forget what respecting others is all about. A full pronged internet campaign to put you out of business goes without saying.

Having associates of mine personally visit you at Westwood Blvd in L.A. will also come into play if you do not immediately comply. The lawsuits I put together against you will be hand delivered and the local TV stations in LA will be along for the ride. I want the world to know the collective garbage that you are.

You need to be out of business and put in jail for a very long time. I have never in my life been exposed to vermin like you and you will be very sorry we crossed paths. I expect a swift response stating you will delete my information immediately.

At least one email a day for the past 2-3 years, with increased intensity of the implied serious implications of the (erroneous) information that they have made public; that I must subscribe and pay to remove. Where is the criminal investigation of this company? I tried to unsubscribe to the emails, but must login to the site to do that. Since I never registered to the site, I do not have any login password to do that. Considering the unethical, criminal behavior of this site, I will not register to a site to try to get them to leave me alone and to remove the erroneous information that they are posting. While I have no way of knowing the specifics of this information, they claim 2 criminal activities that they have made up, not to mention legitimate private information they are providing to anyone. This is as horrifying as the Equifax security breach.

This website is committing a violation of my privacy. This company is not an official public registrar or government agency nor a credit reporting or employment verification company and does not have legal reason or authority to maintain and provide intrusive personal records, including phone numbers, complete (and incorrect) address history, relationships, associations, and even personal and family pictures. Providing such intrusive information to the public without proper authority and accountability constitutes a threat to my reputation, identity, security and personal welfare. I assume the same is true for everyone else whose information they are distributing without the knowledge or consent of the individuals being compromised.

The website insinuates that any person searched is possibly a criminal and a sex offender. This is defamation and libel. There is absolutely no need to advetrise that omeon may be a sex offender on a casusal public research website as there are FREE, OFFICIAL government databases with sex offender information that is accurate and verified. The only possible motive to have something on such a website that insinuates people are sex offenders is to defame those people and encourage someone searching for them to pay money for a report explaining their possible crimes. There is no way to opt-out of this violation on the website.

The amount of damage this website could be, and IS, doing to people is alarming. This report doesn't even address the fraudulent services billing tactics, false advertising (other than defamation) and anit-spam violation law suits and judgements it has already had against it.

I have sent an email addressed ATTN CEO Jeff Tinsley to an email address published four years ago in a privacy forum to request that my profile be removed, but I can't find a current contact email.

There are two address listed for their physical address, one block away from each other. One is clearly a UPS mailbox, and I'm not convinced the other one a real address, either. It seems more likely the UPS store moved to a bigger building, but I will also send my request to these two addresses by mail. The information I found was what was registered with the website registrar (WHOIS/ICANN).

MyLife.com WTF ? I wont go into a tirade about what they are doing Im guessing if youre looking at my post its because youve already been F-ed over and you nkow all about it.

Question is how the F is this stroke still in business? Dont we have laws about this sort of scam in the US? How is this dude not in prison?

I wonder who you have to blow to be allowed to continue on with a scam like this?

Just a matter of time before this jackass pisses off the wrong person and ends up gutted and stuffed in the trunk of his car.

I found my name, age, town, date of birth on MyLife.com advertised as my profile with BOGUS information about me all LIES! I never registered or belonged to this site! MyLife.com even told people reading my stolen Identity that I was a SEX OFFENDER and CRIMINAL! Was told I could pay them to take this information about me off! I'm in the market for a good Lawyer because this is called Definition of character or SLANDER! I want my info off this SCAM SITE! What gives MyLife.com the right to steal my identity and post outright LIES about me that can be easily proven as LIES! No way for me to delete this profile since it never was my info! I'm also going to the AG of Illinois about this SOB! Need to put a LAWSUIT against this company MyLife.com I'll never pay this company to remove this BOGUS Info

  • Oct 16, 2017

I was searching my name online. I came across MyLife.com. I noticed that it has everyone's name, age, addresses, etc. Whst I also noticed was a false background information for me, claiming I have criminal and arrest records. Anyone who knows me knows this is far from the truth. This is straightforward defamation. This is libel. I emailed the website and asked them to remove the libelous information about me. They never responded. This is fraud. This website is a scam. They are criminals and need to be stopped. If you read MyLife.com, know that they are liars. They are defaming good people. This type of abuse and criminal activity needs to be stopped. This is unnacceptable.

  • Oct 4, 2017

This website purports to give you a full honest report on anyone then they help themselves to your payment and even though they promise you a refund if you're not satisfied, that's not true. They keep your money no matter what you say or how lousey they perform.

  • Jul 6, 2017

Keep getting emails from mylife.com. Looked myself and husband up, and they have wrong information for both of us. when I aske them to remove or correct it, they said we had to subscribe and pay $14.95/month.

Went to Spokeo, same thing. they have no contact email or phone number.

Do NOT use these services, they are a rip off.

  • Apr 24, 2017

Got several spam emails from them and I just clicked on their link and looked around their web site. Today was notified by my bank of three suspicious charges to my credit card from mylife. Now my cards cancelled and I'm on a trip. No access to funds, this blows.

All I want as a free will individual with constitutional rights not a privilege but as God given rights to exercise my fourth ammendment from this web site. Yes you search my info and seize it without my consent or my permission is unlawful and this website extorts people to pay them to remove information that does not belong to them in the first place, their name is not on the birth certificate or lease or deed of the person whom their releasing info to. And there are serious dangers & consequences for the people who's info is on display for anyone to see. I would deeply appreciate it if I where to receive help with this matter, Thank You
