FRAUD WARNING!! The 1st night our 11 week pup was home was home, she started coughing badly. I videoed her & sent it to Young telling her that we had noticed & told her that this pup's brother had a really bad cough, even coughing up phlegm, but we had not noticed it with her. She wrote back that it did sound bad & she'd check with her Vet & give me medicine. I told her we needed to get our Pup to a Vet to check her out in every aspect, not rely on what her vet gives based on a different animal, albeit her brother. She didn't like that. We were told by our Vet, based on his findings, it was "indeniable and irrefutable that this was NOT a healthy puppy" & that the place she came from must be filled with parasites everywhere! We also had a stool sample checked for worms. Her list of issues was long:
1. Trachea Infection
2. Double Ear Infections, one side worse than the other
3. Bordatella and possible start to pneumonia but no way to know without an x-ray (We had to vaccinate our other dog early to not risk him catching it!)
4. Hook Worms(!): level 4 = the HIGHEST concentration of works for any dog, much less this little puppy! It is EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS, so this put not only our other dog at home at risk, but also us & our children!!
5. A Umbilical Hernia
Young told me I was a liar making it up. I gave her my Vet number to call to confirm. She lied telling me she tried to call them & they didn't answer. I had just gotten off the phone with them so I know she never tried. I pressed her & she finally admitted she never called. SHE is the LIAR.
She told us she was selling us a healthy puppy. When I told her about allof the above from the Vet's records, she said "Well, none of it is life threatening". I kid you not!!! FRAUD!
I stopped payment of my check when I saw how unethical she is. We told her from the start, that we stopped payment but we WOULD be sending her another check, within the agreed upon time for knowing we had a healthy dog(!), once we knew she'd be OK & know what our Vet bills would be, not for routine checks, but DUE TO HER BEING SO SICK!! She told me to return the dog. I told her it was not a TV but a living animal and in good concsience, I could not return this innocent little animal back to the place that got her so sick (& my daughter was in tears thinking about it, already bonded to this sweet puppy). i told her we were going to do all we could in those first weeks alotted, to get her back to health. She did not care and she put out a warrant for my arrest!! She committed FRAUD and wants to arrest me!
She said she is tired of this happening to her and was now going to hold be accountable for all of the previous people who did this to her. This told me very clearly that SHE HAS DONE THIS BEFORE- SELLS SICK ANIMALS, and then when people complain, she blames them.
I later found that she has changed her company name multiple times- obviously due to unethical practices, so sadly, I did not find these bad reveiws before buynig our dog! (The only good thing, though at an emotional and financial expense, is that we saved this poor little puppy!) I do not want anyone else to go through what we did because of being excited to get a new puppy, thinking it will be healthy!
She later tried to bribe me saying when I sent back the money (which I told her I was doing and would do all along), that IF I promised to not speak badly of her (not to tell the truth basically), then I could take of $85 which is what she spent, she said, on the medicine she got for her and her brother from her Vet. No way.....I WOULD NEVER WANT ANYONE TO BE PLAYED WITH EMOTIONALLY through an animal as she did. She clearly only cares about the money, not the animals as she claims in her websites.
