They do explain it several times. I guess it's like a credit card, if you only pay the interest or the minimum payment you aren't paying the principal.
I got a simple 350.00 dollar pay day loan in Auguest 2018 I tried to pay off my 350 Dollar Loan with another card instead of my bank account, My quick wallet refused to take the payment said it had to be through my bank account. I've been making payments in the amount of 105-120 every two weeks from Aug 2018 till Nov 2018.
My quick wallet minus my bank account 176.00 dollars after talking to the bank I had to pay the bank 66.00 dollars and The bank closed my account. My quick wallet calls me several times a week at work threaten to talk to my employer and employees they also now want the 350 dollars plus 120 dollars per late since Nov.2018 every two weeks.
I have already paid them over 700 dollars. Now they are saying that the money I was paying never went to the principle balance. This company scams hard working people. It's a scam do not fall for it. My Quick wallet will tell you that they can help you boost your credit report and all the money you pay will go into an account so you can get a larger loan to help your credit but it's not true they steel your money!
They accepted all my information told me I was approved the next day i called to find out where the funds were and they say I was denied I gave these people access to my account number my routing number and my debit card number I don't understand why would they ask for all of that and deny you the next day
I applied online then a call came from them within minutes. I gave detailed info and was told to call back the next day. I was directed to go online to sign an agreement and I did. For 48 hrs it showed online as "being reviewed. I called them again and they said info didn't get uploaded correctly. They said they had to redo the request. Within minutes I go back online and it shows request denied. I tried to call and an automated recording kept looping apologizing for the denial and told me to wait for a supervisor to get on the line and explain the denial. Then it disconnects. You can't even leave a message. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!!

I went through the whole process, agent said I was approved I signed the authorizations and everything. When I did not get the deposit and called the number, a recording said I was declined. Why go through entire process and told approved then decline??
They get all of personal Info and bank info only to deny you.. as a fraud specialist I shouldve known better.. they won't take your call after the information is retrieved at all..
This company doesn't provide a loan, they ask for information and you attempt to get a loan since they say they can help you build credit. But when I signed on the name wasn't mine it was a person names Latoya Stephens...so I couldn't apply. Who is she? What is the deal. SCAMMMMMMM....beWARE!
I wish I could give a zero stars, I paid them off through a debit consolidation program that handled these types of payday scams back in 2016. Today I get a call from Asset Recovery Partners saying they bought the debt of $1679, mind you the loan was for all of $500. He said after running a background check on me and a credit check he can work with me and settle for $864 - ummmm I PAID THIS OFF IN 2016, but he said otherwise regardless of my documentation. Needless to say he said he will have me served and to be sure I show up with my attorney on the date specified. Well I didn't provide him my address and the one he is giving me I lived at 4 years ago. OH and the payment could only be debited from my bank account.. umm again NOPE- not today satan...
They keep calling and leaving messages but I never applied for a loan. I've tried blocking their calls but they just try with a different phone number. Not sure how to get them to go away and I don't want to speak with them as that would encourage them to continue.

When all was done I was told that I’d get a call on my approval. I never got a call back. I decided to call back and got a recorded message saying I was denied and to wait on the line for an agent to explain why I was denied, but no one ever came to the phone. Those people have my information. I changed my online banking info. The embarrassing part is, this was my third time within a year attempting to get a loan from here and got the same result each time.
3rd time i applied. They took all my information banking, social security number, debit card info and said i would get a call upon approval. I never did but once i called the number back i got a recorded message saying that i wasn’t approved. I think that this company collects information for whatever reasons. I did change my online banking information, which was a good thing because i got an email saying from my bank saying that my online banking aid locked because of too many attempts. Total scam!!!

They actually tell you all that....you just didn’t listen...I asked for clarification on it before that’s what I understood.
