We ordered a Vegan cake and lunch from this company when we visited Australia for a large company meeting. When the owner arrived on her bike it was 5 hours late! She had filthy hands and finger nails and reeked of tobacco smoke, drenched in sweaty clothing that hardly covered her body! A Mid drift t-shirt that came just below her breats and see through . I still tipped her and thanked her. When we opened the cake it was melted and had a dent where the cake just flopped over. The reason it floppwed over was due to heat, the bicycle ride and the worst thing, it was so under cooked you could see cake batter , including eggs that were not beaten. Eggs! This was supposed to be a Vegan cake! We were shocked. The lunch we did not even bother eating, it was cold and stale and the sides were hard. The worst part, we found three round black rat feces in the cake. We had them tested and contacted the health authorities over it. Whenwe called her she went insane . She found all of our social media accounts and wrote remarks about our looks and made up outragous lies. She even threatned us ! The comments went on for days like a lunatic. I just wanted my money back and when she said no I decided to write the report and contact the health department . I took photos of the whole ordeal and the rat droppings before they were even removed! This owner is a rude young woman who clearly is not full Vegan and made terrible food . I have heard other stories about her bad business before but also good reviews . Maybe she was having a bad day but this is beyond absurd . Buyer beware ! I also noticed onher social media she was calling people fat and old and other names I can not mention ! She was bullying non-vegans and telling them they deserve to die ! I am Vegan and do not think that way at all! I am shocked at this woman's behavior as a business owner !
