The Weatherford, Texas location is a big rip off..we stopped by yesterday July 1, 2022 to pick up our glasses that we overpaid for during normal business hours, their sign on the door stated that they were to be open but the doors were locked.

We spoke to potential customers in the parking lot they stated that this was their second time stopping by and doors were locked. We advised them to go somewhere else that my Eyelab is a BIG SCAM. They use deceptive practices.

My wife had prescription and glasses done at Eyelab @ SE Military Drive and Base City San Antonio TX. Evidently the glass maker or the prescription was wrong 2 times. The last time they remade glasses my wife on Friday told them its not right they said take home and see if it gets better.

Tuesday today she goes back and says there not right distance images like 15 feet away look small. She tells my wife take your glasses and go. She refused and we left without merchandise. No resolution and no refund out $351.50. VERY VERY poor customer service reflects badly on entire EYE LAB corporation.

My experience with My EyeLab has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I've ever had. I needed to return the glasses because of images were blurry, top third of the viewing area created a Moiré type of pattern. They were just very low quality. Getting a refund has been a terrible experience. If you use this company it is very likely your glasses purchase will be a nightmare. Use extreme caution.


This is an update to my previous post. A response was sent by My EyeLab's CSR group. I tend to believe the good responses may be "canned" posts placed by the business. All the 5 Stars come from Ft. Lauderdale. In my efforts to get a refund within the 30 day period of purchase. I was told twice by the local manager he was not authorized to give a refund. I would need to communicate with Bob in Ft. Laud. After many attempts got connected with their Service Dept. in Ft. Laud., after hearing my request the person I spoke with disconnected me and I was not able to reconnect. Their responses to my credit card company have contained lies, which I am currently attempting to correct.

The response to my previous post stated they wanted to communicate with me, I sent my contact to their email address. I've not heard back from this company. Again, there are many options to choose from in any neighborhood, from my experience with them, (and many others that have posted) this company does not have interest in any legitimate customer issues. My EyeLab is bad news, do not use them.
