This im my experience with My,com who I beleve runs the internet game JUNGLE HEAT. I have been playing this game for some time, the other day I was able to upgrade a combat troop to 2 diffrent levels at a cost of over $40.00. I come to find out when I went to use this troop it was no longer availiable. I contacted customer support only to be told the troop was not availiable and they don't give refunds. Gosh I wish I had a company where people would buy my items and then I get to tell them they are out of stock and too bad we don't give refunds. here is their lovely refund pollicy
"Unfortunately, we do not refund payments made in the game. You can request a refund from Google Play or AppStore. Please note that Google and Apple also do not guarantee that any in-game payments will be refunded."
So basicly they had no problem offering me something, taking my money and they saying go get my refund from someone else, we don't refund. I have run into other people on Face Book with the same problem, I believe I have been scamed, what do you think?
