Roto rooter didn't disclose how bad Surclean was & their bad and unethical businesses practices. But we were in a dire need situation with our bathrooms and the living room on 03/12/2021, flooded we didn't know. They talked a good talk about helping us restoring our home saying they would move our contents. But later they complained that it would take 3 days to pack and move everything. Well if they advertise it what's the problem?
It was surclean manager who was the problem, in all this. We didn't know what dirty dogs they were because we didn't check them out on the BBB. They told us we would get a brand new house and everything restore but better. Roto rooter caused us to still be in a mess with our house. We are having to walk on concrete floors because surclean took up the wet carpet not all the carpet. Just the hallway parts of the living room carpet.
Surclean is also charging for disinfecting which their employees didn't disinfect anything. People are right mobster thugs run these water restoration companies. Threatening distressed home owners with putting liens on their homes is mobster. The BBB who is suppose to help us consumers and protect us from bad businesses like Surclean is siding with them.
They over charge you for toilet repair and the owner of the company makes up excuses of why they have to pay for extra things for the workers to come out to the job was easy but they cant even fix a toilet and i hired them to do other thing like my bathtub which they couldnt fix even though they gave me a discount dont waste your money do research before you hire a big company over charges for toilet repair and bathtub
Called McMinnville plumbing thought it was a local company and Mr. router showed up that was strange told them what was wrong with the pipe under the house leaking they said it would cost $450.13 I said OK all he did was patch The leak with something I thought they were going to replace the 3 foot pipe but he said not for 450 so he wanted $1000 or more for that so I said forget it hopefully patch would work next day patch broke Called them back they sent another guy out he said it would cost $69 for him to look at it he couldn't fix it because the other guy said it needed all new pipe under the house for 5000. Basically all they do is talk about all the pipe and big money you need to spend and they don't fix the small things good enough for a person that doesn't have much money so basically they're worthless. They seem to think they have a lot of knowledge but they definitely don't have any skills to get a person back working plus no warranty guarantee or nothing that should be against the law right there plus no receipt he said he would mail one that never happened either. so bottom line save your money and the big lecture from Mr. router their big rip offs let God deal with them .
