I have received SEVERAL notices from this company and have attempted to contact them with no success. I have no affiliation with this company what so ever, yet I am receiving notices stating that my vehicle warranty coverage is either expired or about to expire. They even have the nerve to state in one of the notices that this is their FINAL ATTEMPT, as if I owe them something. They placed my private information on the front of a postcard! Even if I was looking to extend my warranty, which I don't need to because I already did that with my dealership, I would not do business with this company. I'm not even a customer and they are already trying to make demands? I want the harassment via mail and any other communications to stop! If they do not, I will have no choice but to contact my attorney again and file suit for harassment charges.
It was over a year ago...high pressure sales..I did look company up online and they had it covered..a website, physical address. I thought they were connected with Ford Motor Company. They told me why I needed extended coverage. I was working hard in and out of state so I just Made payment arrangements...don't remember if it was a credit card or check....I had troubl with my credit card shortly after so I think I used my cc. I know not to give your cc info but they tricked me and pressured me. I never looked at the papers they sent beyond the top page. Other pages were about Medicare. For some reason it occurred to me July 6, 2015 that I may have been scammed. I couldn't locate a policy Either I was so upset that during the night my heart rate went up to 150 and I had to call an ambulance to take me to the hospital.
Purchased extended warrenty coverage for my 2008 Cadillac. Was told this coverage called Interstate Xtra Direct Supreme with a Plan code of IXSUPREM was a bumper to bumper coverage just like I had for the first 100,000 miles.
Recently the car developed steering problems, the steering wheel was almost impossible to turn during slow maneuvers. When I called to see how to go about filing a claim and getting this repaired I was told power steering pump was not covered. I guess they should have said bumper to bumper except the powere steering pump.
