Morgan Stanley Reviews

Had invested with this firm for 20 years plus. Over the years this office started not communicating with me. My requests were ignored to use caution with my assets. I feel this office was compromised and negligence was extreme at times.

I complained about my losses and my accounts were TERMINATED. Use caution with this company. These people make up excuses and LIE about everything. Ethics in this office is nonexistent. My assets were compromised and lost with no effort or guidance to prevent it.

They are a liability to everyone and should be shut down!! I've complained to the sec as well. Looking to take legal means as well.

This crook is very charming and leads you to believe the money you in trust with him will be invested to suit your needs. In our case retirement income. At first everything seemed great. Then our statements starting showing trades I did not authorize or even knew about. When I finally got a hold of him he turn on the charm and by the time i hung up the phone he had convinced me everything was alright. Then the statements starting showing more trades and worst of all, I was losing money. Again, after numerous attempts I got Mr Massi on the phone. When I didn't fall for his charm this time he became belligerent, even telling me I was stupid for not trusting his advice and proceeded to tell me about all the education he has. After many more calls and abuse i finally received my money back, or 66 percent of what i gave him originally Later on I found out the term insiders use to describe what he did to me and my wife. It is called churning. The broker makes a bunch of trades in order to make commission. Stay away from this crook.

Please post the following review to warn your readers. First there was Solomon, then Smith Barney, then Citigroup and now Mogan Stanley. By all their names, their stock brokerage firm only represents personal losses. Consider why a company needs to have and change its name four times.

My personal broker, Richard Paulino couldn't pick a winner if he bet on all the race horses. In three years, from 2000 to 2003, I personally lost $13,207 without recourse or any return on investment based oh his personal, brokerage advice and stock selection. I have not earned any money through stock investments with their firm, only tax losses. their former stock analyst Mr. Grubman is well deserving of any punishments that he may receive for his company and public recommendations that only resulted in his personal gain. Thank you for your consideration, time and understanding.
