I signed a contract with this company 3yrs ago to pay 50 dollars a month for their service. When things got rough I tried to get out,but the only way I can get out of this contract was to pay out $350.. which is crazy. It has been three years now and I have honored this contract and I was suppose to be done with this thing in July. I even called in March to verify that July was suppose to be the last payment. I got billed in August.. I didn't get no paperwork to renew and I didnt get a phone call to renew either. I spoke with a customer service rep. in Utah and she said that they will get back to me in 1-3 business days. I'm not paying for this service AGAIN!!!
I was contacted by a Money 4 life- the gentleman first would not let me answer any questions, rushed through the "pre-viewed individual" to see if i qualified, then I was transfered to Blake and he was extremely rude and had to actually tell me that I didnt need to consult with my husband on the financial choices that are made in our home. I realize they want to "improve our credit" but Im not going to agree to anything that this company has to say with out including my husband.
