I was never able to successfully get it work on my desktop or my laptop computers. I spent many, many hours with tech support without success. So my account was cancelled and they have NO REFUND Policy if they are unable to get it to work. I am writing this to warn everyone that if there are technical installation issues that they are unable to solve, "buyer beware". they will NOT provide any compensation.

I signed up and paid for the service and although it was expensive they advertised a 30 day money back gaurantee so I thought it looked interesting and if it did not do what was advertised then no loss. In the first class when they gave the software download instructions it did not work on my Mac and that' when they said it would not work on a Mac. There was someone else who was in the same position and we said noting was ever said about not working on a Mac Prior to this. Still not the end because I have a corporate pc and they said it would work on a pc.

i tried to download the software and I could not get it to work because my pc is controlled by our corporate IT staff and I do not have admin privledges. Every time I wanted to run the program my IT person had to remotely login to launch the program. I went back to MojoGlobal and they said I had to be the administrator for the software to run and I told them that was not going to work. They offered to send me about $200 to go towards a new pc purchase and I thanked them for the offer but I was not interested as I already have too many devices and I don't want to purchase a new pc just to run this program so I asked for my money back as this was not going to work. After numerous calls and emails from me asking for my refund I got a message back that they had a solution for me. I could have this extra pc running and there was some remote access software that I could run the software through this other pc. Not interested at all in that. I still requested my refund.

Then after another week and more calls and emails, I got a response. I am not eligible for the refund because I did not use the software. I told them that I did not use the software because I could not load it on any of my two machines. Every time I hear back from them it's about me buying another pc or using the remote software, nothing about my refund request. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and I am sharing this story with everyone I can. It's such a shame too because I was trying this software for my company and if all went well I was going to recommend it to our global sales team. When the issue first happened had they refunded my money promptly and fixed their software I probably would have still tried it. I hate to see this type of customer no service from a company that always talks about how great their solution is. Terrible customer service. Stay away.

Mojo Global only wants your money. I saw those reviews on Yelp and swear those must be bought or friends of the owner because this company sucks.

Once the final payment is taken they stop returning calls and emails. Lead generation software-- that doesn't work. You have to search by city and various keywords and sometimes you get leads other times nothing. I used the software a few times. It takes forever to run and you may get zero results.

The claim is they have gotten permission from domain name seller companies that allows you access to email address of companies that have purchased or renewed a domain name...okay in theory, this is awesome competitive edge.

In reality, the software is clunky and doesn't work well.

The final straw for me was Sept 30 when a charge of $97 hit my acct. I told this is the monthly fee for using the software and the billing had been delayed giving me a chance to use the program.

Most companies that delay a monthly billing send out an invoice or reminder that the monthly billing is about to begin. I get it. They are not obligated to do this but most companies DO this. Of course since Mojo just wants to take your money I guess they consider this a warning to the customer and skip the reminder step.

I contacted them explaining this couldn't be a WORST time to pay this. That I like the money refunded and make an arrangement to pay the fee in October. Now that I know the monthly fees have started I can prepare my budget for this fee. I called with an urgent message at 6am on Friday morning. I sent an urgent email.

It took 2 days for a response. (the response) I will have our Client Advocate to speak to you in regards to your request. His name is ***x.

Please nominate a day and time where you are available. :)

Thank you and have a terrific day! =)

I set up a time with the advocate ONLY for this a-hole to cancel 20 minutes before the meeting and haven't been able to get ANY to respond to phone calls or emails since. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Fraud division in the state of Arizona (Mojo's location is in Scottsdale, AZ). The software is overpriced (I got it at a discount.) and the customer service is even worse than the software.

As with the other unsatisfied clients, my experience is nearly identical.

When looking for a company to help marketing my product and to reach my targeted audience, I had talked directly with Ira Rosen.

He sold me on his amazing new process to capture target clients using Linked In. The cost would be $3000.00 in addition it would be fully automated using there cutting edge software that would deliver your messages. The cost of that only an additional 200 per month.

After discussing the great support staff and the ease of using this marketing process we negotiated a price of half of the normal price and I accepted contract.

After going through a lengthly training proccess over the next week and spending countless hours of manual labor we were now doing all the pre-set up our selves. This was waived off as the norm. Nearly 2 weeks later we installed the new software and fpor the next 3 weeks delivered messages to our targeted clients. so we thought.

Not having ANY results, I mean 0!!! and now thousand's later we were told the software had a glitche and was not working as designed.

MogoGlobal was contacted both by me and my assistant and they had promised us over and over to give us a live person dedicated to help resolve the horrible service and results. After several attempt and calls went from broken promises to nothing at all. Even Ira himself called and promised to follow up with a solution, but nothing was ever delivered.

The only calls we ever recieved was more of his lenchmen calling to try and re-sell more of his decitful products.

If your thinking of ever doing business with this fraudulant company, better have money to burn ,becuase Ira needs all he can get to keep his fake image going!

I definitely have to blame myself that despite reading reports about this company on Yscam site i decided to deal with this company falling prey to an impressive webinar by cory michael sanchez and ira rosen, two promoters of mojo global. The sales guy was full of promises and with a sweet tongue painting rosy pictures how my calendar will be filled with appointments as mojo global’s team would be doing everything right from generating leads, calling them and scheduling my appointments. I was also tempted to deal with mojo global with testimonials by reputed names like sharon lechter.

The moment i gave my credit card details, all the sweetness was gone and it’s over a month this software hasn’t worked at all. I have sent numerous emails to their ‘support team’ who at times viewed and recorded my software problems by using ‘teamviewer’ but without fixing any problems. Mojo global has a calendar appointment booking system which allows you to book time with mojo global’s ‘support team’. In last one month there have been close to 10 instances that i have booked an appointment, got confirmation email from mojo global and no one ever bothering to call. In fact after my very first telephone chat with one of their support staff she begged to give her a nice feedback on bbb and i did that too in good faith.

After getting frustrated i wrote emails to both cory michael sanchez and ira rosen On their addresses published on their linkedin profiles) and still foolishly waiting to hear back from them. If someone wants to trace these two guys these are their linkedin profiles.

I) cory michael sanchez: linkedin.com / in / cory-sanchez and

Ii) ira rosen: linkedin.com / in / ira-rosen-637366b2

In my emails to cory michael sanchez and ira rosen i have narrated my frustrating experience with their support team, not functioning of their software and requested my refund as their software hasn’t worked and moreover none of the promises given to me have been fulfilled.

Recently i got an email from one of their support team members that they are moving me to a ‘modern advanced software’ called social bff, indirectly admitting that the software they sold to me doesn’t work. Their so called ‘modern advanced software’ is an exact copy of a software called doux-soup, that’s available for less than ½ price and i was using it even before buying mojo global’s dysfunctional software.

My greatest worry is mojo global has my credit card details and they will continue billing me $197/month from my 4th month with them. My requests to mojo global owners and anyone wanting to help me are simple.

1) during last 5 weeks since i paid to mojo global their software has not worked.

2) no one from mojo global has fixed my software, but instead moved me to another software which was not the understanding when i signed up with mojo global.

3) i have close to 10 instances of booking an appointment, and no one from mojo global caring to call despite sending me confirmation emails for such appointments.

4) none of the services that they offered while taking my money e.G. Generating leads for me, calling them and scheduling my appointments have been actually provided with.

5) none of my emails or linkedin messages to cory michael sanchez and ira rosen have been responded.

With all the above points i would demand full refund of my money that i paid keeping faith in mojo global's misleading advertisements and sales calls. I would also like to ensure that my credit card is not charged again by mojo global.

I sincerely hope that someone comes forward and helps me out. I also hope that more and more people read this report and think twice before dealing with this company. Moreover i hope people like sharon lechter read this report as well as mojo global uses her name on their website and her testimonial is also used in a misleading way.

This is the most unethical company I have ever seen.

If you are thinking of doing business with this company, better think about being in it for a long time.

Because you will either like what they do (a joke), or you will not be able to cancel their service.

I have been charged every month since 09/03/2015 even though I have made 3 requests to stop.

That isn’t the worse thing. I have been disputing and having my bank block their charges, but every month they somehow find a loophole to keep charging me. The bank thinks they keep changing my account number, making it look like a new charge.

I didn’t even know who the charges were coming from. I signed up with MOJO Marketing with a program called Master Mind but a month or two after I canceled they changed the bill to MOJO Video which I thought was a different company that I never signed up with, so I disputed the charges with my bank and credit card company.

Even though I would dispute their charges through the bank telling them I never signed up with MOJO Video, they never replied to dispute this.

Here are 3 emails I sent them to cancel.

ONE:

Please cancel my automatic payments at the end of this month.

Thank you,

Robert

TWO:

Please do not charge my credit card. I already am talking to customer support. Cancelled account on Sept 24th in an email.

Thank you,

Robert

THREE:

Hey,

This is like the 4th time I have been contacted and replied. I have cancelled in Sept with an email correspondence to your billing dept.

Please cancel my monthly subscription already.

The money button doesn't work and now none of the group messages work.

Thank you,

Robert

Unless you want to spend a year or more fighting their phony billing practices if you try to cancel. I would not recommend even looking at what they have to sell because it is BS. That’s ALL.

I paid Mojo thousands of dollars to create a Marketing video for our website. The "Proof" they sent us had errors in it. We asked for Mojo to re-shoot the video. Instead, Mojo did an overlay of audio on the video. It wasn't great, but it would pass. However, part of the agreement was for Mojo to "Post" the video on our website. We never received a final copy of the video and Mojo never posted it on our website. We asked multiple times for Mojo to complete the job, with no results. I even had my attorney send them a demand letter.... still no video. We eventually had to shut down the website.

Mojo Globalis by far the WORST company I've ever worked with. Not only is their product terrible, but the customer service is laughably pathetic.

Originally tried the software because it was automated & guaranteed to deliver leads on a consistent basis. Given that we were using a manuel process that works well, we were attracted to this software hoping to save employee time.

The product claims to be automated however it turns out you have to "login" each time, so unless you're sitting at the computer the entire session, it won't complete anything. The product also provides false information. It will indicate that it successfully sent out messages when it really didn't. I sat and watched this happen with my own eyes.

After trying the software for a few weeks, I requested a refund and was given the runaround. I had to speak with multiple "departments" and each person consistently tried to talk me out of canceling with Mojo. It was clear the techs had scripts they were reading because regardless of what I said, they always responded with a sales pitch.

I have now been trying to recoup my money for four months and am being completely ignored by Mojo's owners, Ira & Cory, who promised my refund via phone and email.

This company is terrible, the product is terrible and the owners are liars. Stay away from Mojo!

I do not wish this upon anyone. Do not rob yourself by doing budines with mojo. THEY give you a story about something that has nothing to do with your situación and tell you to wait for there response which Will never reach you since THEY are hoping and wishing youll forget and keep your MONEY.

Saying THEY cant find your account THIEVES thats all THEY are now THEY are denying my REFUND after THEY never deliver.

Think twice or more before you ever buy anything from these SCAMMERS. After you input CC information there is no more support from anyone at MOJO GLOBAL, I have written dozens of email to Ira and everyone at Mojo and have not gotten any response from them. I am guessing that this is how they make their money and have been able to keep themselves in business by scamming people out of their hard earn money.

This is my second review for them I will have everyone in my circle leave them bad reviews as well so everyone can see what type of Crooked Business they are running here. I am very disappointed at them specially after I was promised a refund which I waited for and never received. Yet my CC company was charging me for those interest charges, because I thought that they had already given me my refund until I got into a Huge argument with my card company just to find out that it was never refunded it back to my card.

I even asked them for proof of me using or download it their software and was not able to provide me with any proof I am guessing that this is the reason why they have not to answer my email because they don't have any proof and wants me to a desist from asking them to return my money.

Not a company to TRUST at all because of their fraudulent behavior they have had with me. After speaking to one of their customer service rep and he promise me a refund that was so many months ago and never received it. I send them an email and have not received any type of responses from them at all.

I wonder if Mojo Owners are aware of what is going on or are thel also part of this SCAM. I send them an email asking nicely for an update and no answer from anyone that I copy in that email at all so I guess I will have to just go this route my spend hours talking to my Card company and have not shown any refund from this people so i want to know where is it at.

All i have recieved are automated responses from them no concrete answer at all that is gow they run their business by scamming people out of their money.

I was very interested in Labor Day 2015 weekend offer of 997.00 with installment payments of 197.00 over the course of months and additional bells and whistles such as a virtual assistant, someone to review and critique your website offering corrective suggestions, stellar customer service, product training and support and the list went on and on.

I entered into a payment plan with sales representative Mr. David Simon the Tuesday evening after Labor Day Monday. We chatted about various things and the thought got lost in my conversation with him. I realized after less than one hour of speaking with him about the product, it's capabilities and the service that I provide that I didn't mention the Labor Day weekend offer and tried reaching him via phone from the same number that he called me from. He did say that I was his last call for the evening and that he would be leaving the office when he hung up with me.

It was rather late in the evening when he called me and I couldn't reach him so I did leave a voice mail message asking him to give me a call and that what we talked about is not what I wanted and if I could not have the Labor Day weekend offer then I am not doing business with Mojo Global at this time. I immediately phoned the credit card company asking that if a charge in the amount of 500.00 came from Mojo Global in the next couple of days to not honor it. The charge was honored

Mr. Simon never returned my call. I received a text message from sales representative Mr. Steve Halpern and informed him that I was already contacted by Mr. Simon on the last evening and to please have him contact me as what we discussed is not what I want to do. No response from Mr. Simon and this is within less than a 24 hour period. I have asked for a credit to my account of 500.00 from September and Mojo Global as of November 16, 2015 email message from suport team member Cinimin that I will not be receiving a refund but I can transfer the software to someone else and there is a 500.00 transfer fee which will be waived.

This is not a customized software package and I expressed cancellation if what I wanted was not or could not be done within one hour, requested again via sales representative Mr. Steve Halpern less than twenty four hours and again by another representative within thirty six hours. I am paying for something that I do not want, never received the product or training on it. Per Cinimin's email on November 16,2015, the company has a verbal policy that when purchasing the software they ask that you at least keep and try it for 90 days. I decided that I didn't want it or nor received it in less that one hour.

As good faith and operating with integrity I want my 500.00 refunded. I have nothing of Mojo Global and have no interest in doing business with the company. This is unbelievable .....we are all looking at our bottom lines and in so doing you need to have an account specifically for cancellations. Unethical, unethical, unethical practices.

Do the right thing if you care about your business and providing service to other businesses with them in mind. You don't have anyone in mind but yourself.
