I ordered a Top from this company. I'm usually a size large or XL. It was a sweatshirt type shirt so I ordered an XXL. It took a month to arrive and it would fit a size medium person. There is no way to complain to the company or any customer service phone number. No way to request a refund. I paid $40 for this shirt and am stuck with it. I am so sick of these Asian companies selling women's clothing in the US that is sized for children. It is certainly not women's sizing. It is false advertising and a total ripoff. They should be banned from selling in the United States. Buyer beware! Do not order from this company!

I purchased two swimsuits from this site for $20 each. I was very careful to pay close attention to the size chart to make sure I was purchasing the right size, and actually because it was close I went a size up from my normal! One swimsuit fit my very thin eight year old daughter perfectly! No where near the size I ordered for my size 4 adult self... The other swimsuit was much closer, but still entirely too small! When I posted this in a review on each swimsuit Modlily REMOVED MY REVIEWS and blocked me from posting another on these products!!! When I try to resolve this with the seller they stated that it would be too expensive to return the items and they offered me $3 for my trouble. They were definitely telling the truth and after a PayPal dispute was reviewed I looked up the amount of shipping I would need to pay to return the items and it was going to be approximately $30. The seller refuse to give me an address until the PayPal dispute was finalized. I hope that others read this review before they purchase from modlily I read the reviews only on their website, and it is very clear to me now that their process is to remove any negative reviews. I will be posting this in as many places as I possibly can to help avoid others from wasting money on a product that is much smaller than advertised!

I ordered two swimsuits because I did not know if they would fit me. The return policy on the internet is within 30 days, which I am within 30 days but Modlily is dragging their feet so it may go over 30 days. I filled out all my information on a "ticket" and they answered back "You cannot return these items". There is no way to reach this company. No phone numbers. No address. No email. They claim to pride themselves on good customer service and they will gladly refund your money if it's within 30 days, if you are not satisfied with the product. I've been had! My order was on a credit card. I only orderred from this company because I seen the advertisement in the right column of my Facebook page for so long I figured it to be a reputable company from Facebook!

Ordered a swimdress seen on Facebook ad for Modlily.com. I was so long and poorly seamed I wanted to send it back. It came with zero papers in the package. Was mailed from Shengkai 003, 999Ningqiao Rd, PuDongXinQu, Shanghai, Chia 201206. Phone: 02160526980. Nothing on or in the package will faciliate returning it. I went to website modlily.com.

It says welcome back after I sign in, then when I try the return process, it asks for my order number. Since it wasn't in the package, I hit the button that says 'click her if you need your order number'. It then tells me I have no order!! I see no way to get my money back, let alone in the 30 days they state frequently in their policy. Fraudulent scan.

I saw an ad on Facebook when I was checking my feed, with some really unusually, cute, fashionable clothes and good Christmas prices on December 5, 2016. Since it was a company, I had not done business with before, I placed an order for 1 sweater and the ad stated that it should be shipped and received within 7-10 business days. All orders have to be paid through PayPal, which I did and the payment went through my bank almost immediately. On December 16th, I checked the status and it showed it was in processing but still had not been shipped, so I contacted Modlily and asked when I could expect the order. They gave me the ticket #T6922735378 and a response on December 17 stating to please give them another 1-3 days before they could ship it since it was a particularly hot item. I sent them a response on December 18th, and told them I would like a refund, since it would not be here in time for Christmas and it was purchased as a present.

On December 19th, they refused the refund and stated they hope it would be processed and I could receive it in time. On December 21st, I checked the status and nothing had changed, so I once again asked for a refund and received no response from them at all. On December 28th, I checked the status once again and the staus still has not changed, it shows still in process. I asked for the third time, for a refund, and still have not received any response. I wanted to contact PayPal, but they do not show any transactions for me in the past 3 months?

There is an online company by the name of Modlily (apparently based in China) that is scamming Americans left and right. Unfortunately I did not research them before ordering clothing. I was promised the item within 3 days. When it didn't arrive I contacted them and was told they had problems getting cloth to make the dress and so I would have to wait indefinitely. I demanded a refund and to date nothing. Upon my research I discovered that many people had similar problems with this company.

I'm particularly disappointed with the role PayPal has played in facilitating the scam. There is sufficient complaints for PayPal to be aware of the company's activity and help protect the US public by refusing to send money to Modlily . Help me recover my money if you can.

With the holidays upon us the Modlily scam and PayPal collusion is in full swing.

On November 28, 2016, I was checking my accout on facebook, looking up my friends, posting on fb, when i noticed an ad about clothing, and saw some very nice clothes, well i decided since I was looking for a gift for my friend, i chose a nice shirt for her typed in where i wanted it to be sent, They directed me to paypal, so they took my payment, i only did it online there was noone to talk with, then i went back to shopping, ordered a dress for myself. then decided to look at the reviews got a shock to say the least, a lot of people were complaining about the same "company" that it'in china, it does not have a tag, it's " cheaply made" some were still waiting for orders that never made it to their home, there was no physical address. "oh boy, i thought to myself." I should have done this first before ordering. I felt my heart sink i tried calling that 213 number, no one answered it just said" the person you are trying to reach is not available, please leave a message we'll call you back." i left a message saying, please call me back, i want my money back no one called, i waitd for 1 more day then called paypal, they said we'll try to get you money to date i have not heard anything.

This company is a rip off and don't order anything from them. They send their package with out a packing slip, ther is no an order number. The original order number or the one from paypal as a invoice number does not work so you can't submit a customer service complaint without it. I should have known that the $2.97 you pay to make sure the order is delivered would have given me the heads up. It is a Chinese company and you can't speak to customer service because you can't do anything without an order number. I set up an account with password and you think I would be able to look at old orders you can't. So you are stuck they have $100.00 of my money for a product that is poorly made and not even close to the right size with no way to return it.

This company did not honor their written refund policy. I contacted them in ther specifics time frame. They said it was too expensive to honor their policy and it was my problem. The eventually said they would give me 20% refund and I would have to pay the expenses of returning to China. Very difficult to work with. Did not respond I. The time frame they offered on their website. Product inferior.

These companies and they have many are substandard - yes they look like the ones you see in the store but when they arrive your seams are overstictching and the clothing sizes are extremely small an XL is really a XS by US standards - subpar products and take 5-10 weeks to arrive when they do they are not what you expect and are not worth the cost - when you try to cancel the site sends you in a circle you write to cancel they write back to give them a chance you write NO and they send anyway then say too late - they are a bad company with bad products that they make look nice - CHEAP CHINA PRODUCTS

The website appears as any USA internet site. They advertise as if returns are easy and hassle free. The clothing came and was poor quality and fit and had a horrible smell. I sent several emails to return the items with no response. I alerted American Express to dispute this charge.

The owner came back with an address in China that I could return my $147 worth of items to but also noted that I would be responsible for any return China duties on the items. Obviously this makes it impossible and not cost feasible to return the items.

THis company should not be allowed to ship directly to the USA without paying duties. They should note clearly on their website that the goods are of China origin and would need to be returned to China. They do none of this.

Two swimsuits were ordered from this site. Both arrived but were very small (largest size offered was ordered). Sent email to find out how to return and/or get refund. No reply. Several attempts made, still no reply. Site offers refund policy but they do not reply to inquiries.
