This website even had their own set up. Google searched for "best heated gloves” and they had a different website for the "top 3 best heated gloves”. Each link provided takes you to the website moderntrainau.com which looks like a regular small business website. I was unsuspecting because I had gotten the link from the formerly mentioned list-website, so I thought it was innocent. Upon placing my order, which they only accepted PayPal payment (probably a red flag, but again seemed like just a small business), I received an order confirmation email. I checked my PayPal to see that the charge was directed to a different name than the companies and a strange email.
At this point I knew this was a scam, however there was no order cancellation to be found. Directed my issue to PayPal to see if they could cancel payment before whatever Chinese junk was sent to my house and the charge is more cemented, only to find out that PayPal does not bother to care about its customers. Filed a report and they denied it saying that they found nothing wrong. You would think because PayPal is "secure payments for both sides” that this issue would’ve been dealt with but they instead chose to side with the criminals. I hope that if you found yourself on this website that you found my report before buying anything, because if you’ve already sent money PayPal won’t help you get it back.
