I ORDERED THE SHAPEWEAR AND THE SIZING IS TOTALLY OFF. I ORDERED AN XL ACCORDING TO THEIR SIZE CHART, BUT THE ITEM RECEIVED COULD FIT A TWO YEAR OLD CHILD! THEY SAID THAT THE XXL SHOULD FIT ME PERFECTY; BUT AFTER READING REVIEWS ABOUT NOT RECEIVING AN EXCHANGED ITEM I DECIDED NOT TO TRY IT. THEY SAID I DID NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND. I AM NOT A LARGE PERSON AND I ORDERED XL TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE, BUT IF XL IS MORE LIKE AN XXS WHY WASTE MY TIME WITH ANOTHER SIZE? THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT WAS POOR AND DEFINITELY NOT WHAT'S ADVERTISED IN THE VIDEO. I just ordered today and will be canceling my order. I also have a lot of friends and will tell them not to order as well. It sucks that the consumers are not protected by the consumer laws that are put in place to prevent this from happening. The clue would be, if they weren’t guilty of all of the comments on here they would have been the first to make a comment, not me!

I orderd 3 items. all i got was an email that states my orderd was received. i emailed support as well as chatted wit someone online. I never received a returned email. the chat person "serena" woul dnever answer my questio. she just keep repeating the same thing over and over again. someone will send me an email in 24-72 hours. I have nothing to track as the order was never shipped. my card was charged , the purchase was made over a week ago. the online policy states that refunds can only be made with 24 hours however, thats impossible because you cant talk to anyone.

I still do not have my items . I want a refund.

I placed an order for a single pair of leggings, that was to cost less than $20 including shipping. I put my card and shipping information in, and before the order was complete, they threw a ton of popup adds at me asking if I wanted other deals. I clicked no, and then was not allowed to review my order after them, to confirm the order. Instead, it ran my card and charged over $100 for several unrelated articles of clothing!!! I immediately got onto their customer service page and asked to cancel my order. (by the way, the website explicitly states that an order can be canceled within 24 hours of placing it, which I was well inside). The lady told me that she filed the complaint, and that someone else would be in touch regarding cancellation. Well, they waited until 2 days later and told me that it was then too late to cancel the order (NOT MY FAULT), and that I could try to return the items when they arrived.

I then recieved my order confirmation email stating that the order cannot be returned unless something is damaged. I wrote back and recieved confirmation that it could be returned. Well I just got my order in the mail, and I can't get anyone to help me return it! Some chat lady submitted my request and again said to wait for a response. The site only allows you to have 10 days to return something, which probably means that they are going to wait it out and tell me I am inelligible.

All I can say is NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I purchased the UltimateABS Stimulator and the confirmation page had a button that said "click here toget your free arm pads stimulators." Once I clicked that, it automatically added the arm pads and reprocessed my order. This was very misleading. The following is a list of events that I took to request the refund for the arm pads stimulators:

1. Within minutes of being charged the arm pads, I requested a refund from employee Eury who ASSURED me I would receive an updated email. Eury: "I will be forwarding your details now so our CS team can review the order andprocess your request to cancel the Arm Pads stimulator. Rest assured that our customer service team will give you an update via email within 24 hours."

2. Apparently, I then received a message two days later from employee Paolyn after the order was already processed, however I could still refund the item.

Paolyn: "We can assure you that if you're still dissatisfied with the item, you can communicatewith us on how we can replace or refund your order." (I do not have records on my personal email of this, only on their thread)

3. I did not intend on purchasing this item so I emailed to ask to cancel for the second time: Me: "I recently purchased the Ultimate Abs Stimulator and by accident added the 2x ArmPads Stimulator before placing the order. I immediately asked for a refund, towhich Eury from customer service helped forward my request. It has been ninedays and I haven't received any update. Please advise on the status of my refund."

4. I then got a response from employee Jeunesse, who still did not cancel my order but asked AGAIN if I would like 10% and then 20% off. She also explained they will be glad to help cancel the order. Jeunesse: "If you really want to cancel your order you can get back to us and we'll be glad toassist you. We have the easiest return and exchange policy."

5. I replied immediately to cancel my order for the 3RD TIME to which another employee Jessica replied the following day that they can no longer process the refund. Jessica: "Since the order has been delivered, we will no longer be able to process the refund."

6. I called to try to verbally request the refund. Both of my first calls were dropped and all lines were busy so I left a message on the third call with my name and phone number.

7. Employee Clariza then emailed asking if I wanted a 20% discount: Clariza: "We also would like to inform you that we are giving you a great 20% discount to be applied on your current and discount will be processed as a refund."

8. Finally, I got another email from employee Marjorie, who ignore my concerns and copied and pasted the last response. Marjorie: "It is with great understanding that you have sent your queries to cancel your order, and as much as we want to apply your preferences, we are unable to do so."

As you can see, I’m very disappointed in this process. I don't understand why it has taken so long (almost a month so far) and at what point, their refund policy was dismissed. I did not want the arm pads within minutes of purchasing the order and made that very clear despite the multiple discount offers. Please help me refund this item. I have been nothing but patient and kind throughout this process and unfortunately don't have the luxury to spend on superfluous items. I have no problem taking this as far as it needs to go. I have all of the paperwork and correspondence. Thank you!

Frustrated

I completely understand, I'm still waiting to here back. I purchased the shape wear back in March. When the item came it was much too small and I asked for a replacement. I was assured that someone would get back to me and send me the correct size. Since then I have sent various emails ( about 7) and I get the same response, sorry for the delay someone will get back to you.

It's now the end of May and nothing. Complete ripoff, I can't reach anyone on the phone and all emails are generic.

On December 2, I ordered shapewear from Mirror Essentials. My order was completely wrong the moment I ordered it. During purchasing, their website crashed and sent me 3 confirmations stating they withdrew money from my paypal account for 3 items I never ordered. I have contacted them several times. I rejected the package and returned the items via UPS. The USPS tracking number is LS303083909CN. I have spoken to several representatives who claimed they were returning my refund, and now they say they did not recieve them yet, and they are using their Tracking number as verification not the one which I returned them. I also have noticed there are 8 other customers who have experienced the same thing as I have. Also on the website, the company appears to be an USA based company, yet the products are shipping from China. Like the other customer, my tracking number from the USA is no longer valid as if they have hacked it or recieved the items and closed the case.

I order something some underwear for 19.98 they charged me 63.98 and said I must have hit something by mistake I said ok but I don't want nothing but what I order now they said package has been sent and I would get my money back in 72 hours it's been over a week and no one knows where my package is or my money.

Ordered shapewear as a gift 12/2/2017 for $24.94, received 1/6/2018, but it did not fit. When I called customer service I could never get through because it always went straight to voicemail. Live Chat came into play. I could not get a return address (asked multiple times with different agents) because of course the product came from the factory in China. They promised me a return on 1/14/2018 and I didn't have to return the product. As on 1/30/2018 no refund and now they're saying I do have to return the product, again no confirmation of where to send return. Also, as always I was informed to wait 12 to 24 hours for a response to return item per live customer service person (Butch was his name). Buyer Beware!!!!! You can not return or exchange any items even though their website saids you can. You can file a complaint with the ftc (federal trade commission) so that they can review your case and hopefully get your money back.

Order placed on 6th Aug. Returned to company on August 20th. Filed a refund request on Aug 24. No action has been taken to refund the money.

I ordered items from Mirror Essentials on August 6th (Order Number 647339ME). 4 Ultra Thin Shaping Panties (2 black, 2 nude) were ordered for a total price of $53.96 to be shipped to a friend in NJ.

I received an email saying the items had been delivered but my friend had not received them. Upon tracking the package, I found out that it had been returned to the sender on August 20th. I filed a refund request on the 24th and provided a copy of the tracking information from their shipping company.

They acknowledged the refund request via email but since then, all I have received are emails that do not address the issue but simply say they are experiencing delays and I should follow up via their website.

There is no response from the phone number given on their website nor is there an option to chat with anyone.

Multiple emails over the past 12 weeks have yielded no action regarding the refund. At one point they offered to resend the package but I asked for a refund. Then after I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, I got an email saying they would refund the money in 5 days. After that, all the emails have been virtually the same and totally non responsive.

I have copies of all documents and would be happy to provide them. The payment was made via credit card and I am seeking a refund to the same credit card.

I purchased 3 bras in my correct size. The bras are cut smaller so therefore I cannot wear. I notified the company in April via email. “Not to worry. We will make thinks right so you will be a satisfied customer.” Since then I have emailed them numerous times. They respond with the same above mantra! No resolution from them.

After seeing their advertising on Instagram I decided to order their product which was three shaping undergarments. Once I received the order I soon realized that they weren’t what I ordered. The undergarments had plastic inserts that easily came out. I contacted Mirror Essentials customer service department and soon received a reply. There were approximately 8 correspondences through email and through different representatives telling me they would correct the problem and send me out three replacements. After requesting information about my order and sending them what information they needed. All correspondence ceased and no confirmation of my replacements sent. I have tried to contact them again but to no avail, now I’m stuck with three undergarments that are badly made and uncomfortable to wear.

The item was shipped from China, by Jack Ye, however, I purchased the item on facebook and unfortunately, I don't remember the seller.

I ordered a product from them on April 17th, 2018. Two days later I received an email saying my order was shipped and the item listed was not what I ordered. I immediately sent them an email saying that the item wasn't what I ordered and I would like them to ship what I ordered. I received an email back saying that since they had already shipped it, I was to wait for the item to be shipped and send it back before they would send me the correct item. Their shipping takes 2-4 weeks, which means it could be two to three months before I get what I ordered. This is not acceptable.

I called customer service and was told the same thing. Every time I tried to tell them that I wanted what I ordered, the girl on the other end talked over me and kept repeating the same thing. I asked for a supervisor. She put me on hold for a while, came back and asked me what it was I wanted. I told her that I wanted them to ship what I ordered now, and I would send back the mistaken order when I received it. She put me on hold for a while and came back and repeated the same speech over again, and refused to resolve the issue.

I will be going to my bank to dispute the charge to my account. This situation could have been easily rectified, but the company chose not to put customer service first. I will never do business with this company again, and I recommend that no one purchase from this company.

They have not delivered my order after 12 weeks. They respond to my emails with auto replies saying: "Please know that It is truly important to us that our customers receive their orders the soonest time possible. We've already made a follow up to our shipper and we're waiting for their response."

Every day for 4 weeks. Then I send them added emails requesting they just refund my money & they refuse to even acknowledge the request.

I urge others to find another company & not waste your time & money trying to do buisiness with these LYING SCAMMERS.

I have answered all of their questions even sent photos of defect. I told them I DO NOT want another item,just refund my money.

I spend over 50 on their ab stimulator and when it finally arrived it does not even work and then they give me the run around when it comes to getting my refund. They leave you on hold to never get back to you. Instead they send me some website that is a bunch of unsatisfied customers trying to leave comments for customer support that never gets back to them. They tell you to wait for an email with instructions on how to make a video to prove that the item is broken, but then they leave you waiting. It is a way that they can take your money and leave you in the dark with something cheap and broken that they sold to you after advertising that it would be fully functional and worth the buy. I would gladly sue this company for false advertising and theft if a lawyer would like to contact me.

Waited and waited for the order to arrive and when it finally did, nothing fit that should have. Silly me was afraid they were going to be too big!! Ordered me a size 2xxl and my daughter a 3xxxl...even hers did not even come close to fitting me!!

I am a USA size 16, not huge by any means....If their sizes run that dang small they should let you know before wasting your money...Tried calling but on hold forever with no answer ever!! Trying emai today so we will see but according to all these other reports in regards to this company I probable have to just kiss my money goodbye...Will keep fingers crossed though...

I ordered a pair of thermal slimming pants from Mirror Essentials online based on the picture they showed on the internet. I ordered my size based on their size chart. When I received the pants they looked different than what was advertised. I tried to put them on to see how they would fit and they didn't fit at all. They were way too small and would fit a skinny young child. They reek of chemicals and made me cough.

The pants were shipped from China. When I called the company Mirror Essentials to get a refund they refused to give me a refund because it was past the 10 day policy that I wasn't aware of. They did not send any paperwork with the shipment letting me know about their refund policy. I am so unsatisfied and disappointed!

This company is TERRIBLE!!!! I placed my order a week ago, with expedited shipping (2 days). Every time I have messaged with CS regarding this, I have been assured it is en route to me and I should allow another day. Then today I messaged again and the CSR and was advised that your company ran out of supplies and I would need to wait an additional 2 weeks for my item to leave your warehouse. The CSR jumped on and off the chat repeatedly. She was not well versed in Customer Service. I have never had such a poor experience with a company in all my life. This is an unacceptable way to run a business.

Scam Sam Scam! I ordered undergarments , shapewear from MirrorEssentials. They advertise like crazy via internet and facebook. Even gave discounts if you purchased two or more. Online customer chats to help you along. But neither has the product arrived after two months nor have they returned the money to my credit card. Their phone customer service promised to have my shipment in two weeks its been two months, now they say its lost there's no tracking no. How do they even stay in business and pay these reps. I am disgusted with Chinese companies who rip off similarly- another one was Fashion Mia. I guess I've learned my lesson. Now I have to contact my credit card company and try and get the money back. Disgusting !

I placed order for 2 items. The email confirmation showed they added a third item. I contact immediately and cancel order and want refund. They refund the 2 items I oridingally ordered but not the $29.97 order they tacked on. for 2.5 weeks I keep getting run around via email, chat, phone claiming they refunded the 29.97 and to call my bank. I called AMEX which I used and they have not received a credit in that amount from them though they got the original 2 that were refunded. the customer service reps says the only way they can contact the finance dept. is via email and they finance dept tells them it has been refunded and we go around and around and around. Same dance.

SCAM

I ordered one pair of shape shorts for $19.99 after checkout and my card info already submitted, it said by 2, get 3rd free and free shipping, said total cost $13.33 each, which equals $39.99 with my adding skills! So I hit check out, it said thank you your order has been processed for $64.92! WHAT???? Not only did it charge me for all 3 pairs, but shipping too, and the 2 additional pairs were in small, I order XL on original one, why would I want small. I tried calling, their phone # is a loop, you can't get a real person, push 3 for cancellation, but doesn't do anything hangs up on you. So I thought I would try CHAT, that was just as bad said couldn't really help me that customer service will contact me within 72 hours. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL, I still have not got a refund, I don't want the crap the are trying to sell. I am a business person, not a young gal, this is one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with and I will let people know.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY SOMETHING ON MIRROR ESSENTIALS STORE

Last month I purchased a Abs Stimulator from Mirror Essentials Store. I have read some reviews about this product on some fitness forum and on facebook so that's why i look up for it. I came across the ad from this store and after I've read some mirror essentials ab stimulator reviews I decided to purchased it.

So the thing is I look up for this website online and I see some bad comments but another good ones. I finally decided to purchased it and give it a try.

It arrived before time and the product itself is from really good quality im not an expert on fitness and this kind of product really helped me to mantain my figure so I will recommend it 100%

I have some problems with the battery and the costumer service chat reply right away! For me is a solid 9/10.

I came across an add for their slimming undergarment and ordered two sets.

neither will fit and I don't know how to return them. One also has a hole in it.

IT IS A RIP off. Can't even pull them up. In their add they said you could pull them up in 10 seconds or less.

I ordered a body shaper online. Before final order submission, the website has multiple popups offering other items for purchase. At the end of checkout, I was charged for items I didn't want. I immediatley sent an email saying that there was an order error and that I wanted only the 1 item. The automated message received from Mirror Essentails said that I would be contacted within 72 hours.

Approx 72 hours later, I received an email stating that the order couldn't be cancelled because the items had already shipped.

In looking at Mirro Essentials reviews via FaceBook, it appears as tho this happens frequently. Lots of the same feedback from others.

This company is in the UK. I cannot get anyone on the phone ever. I believe they scam lots of people with the automated popups. At this point, I am done trying to contact them. It is frustrating. SO they ripped me off for $20.

I do hope by filing this report, someone will investigate Mirror Essentials. Very bad business.

They are based out of China. I have been waiting for a replacement for a month. Orginally I bought the AB Stimulator because it seemed great. I waited a month for it to arrive. Then when I put the battery in it never turned on. Contacted them right away. They want videos and pictures of the defect. I sent that in and days later was told that someone will process the return. It's been nearly a week. No news, no one to contact, nothing. Do not buy from them. This is a total SCAM!

I placed an order on December 19th. It shipped on 12/30 from China and that is the last I heard from them, It is now January 24, 2018. I have been emailing and chatting and they all say they will get back to me in 72 hours but I never hear back. Even on chat you get a person then they give a generic response about getting back to me in 72 hours. I will keep emailing them and will do so every day or event every hour until I get a response.

I originally selected one item, which is a high - waist body shaper. When I tried to complete the order, a page popped up stating that if I could buy one and get another for 1/2 price.

I selected this choice, thinking I would be transferred to the payout page. Instead, another offer popped up offerince buy three and get two items free. I declinded. Another page generated offering bras and five high waist panties. I declined. Finally, I was directed to the payout page, which stated that my total was $29.97.

I printed the receipt and it reflected that I was charged $89.95; I called the company the next day. The representative told me that I had chosen three different offerings. I explained that there must have been something wrong with the site because, I had definitely declined the other offers. The representative put me on hold, then came back in about 2 minutes and told me he had escalated my complaint, gave me a reference number and said I should be receiving a refund within 3 - 5 business days, and that I would be receiving an email detailing our discussion and confirmation that the case had been escalated up.

I waited a week. I had not heard anything, had not received any email and had no refund. I called 4 more times over more than three weeks. Each time I was asked to wait another 72 hours. The 5th representative told me that it was already past the timeframe where I could receive a refund. Furthermore, I could not return the items because too much time had passed.

Every time, I was given the run around. All of the representative stated, "trust me ma'am, you will be receiving an email in 72 hours". Never occurred. I asked for a corporate address and was not given one. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told there was no one there to talk to, and that the only way to get resolution is to escalate the case. This was a horrible experience and I feel that I have been ripped off.

I placed an order for Mirror Essentials Shapewear on November 14, 2017. My order came out to be $49.91. It is not January 17, 2018 and I still have not received my package. I have called them and chatted with them over the Internet. They all say the same thing, " We will get back to you within 72 hours via email" and I never received anything. So Beware everyone!

I used my credit card on 12/26/2017 in the amount of $19.49 and after one week of trying to locate my order I’ve been unsuccessful in reaching this website or company. They sent me a screenshot of my so-called- order in an email. And the tracing of the tracking number through USPS isn’t there.
