Mindinsole Reviews

  • Dec 17, 2018

November 16th, 2018: I decided to make a purchase of a product advertised as MindInsole. I went through the payment process and indicated that I wanted to pay using PayPal. When I got to the purchase screen, I should have taken a screen shot, I was told my purchase did not go through and I was prompted to enter my credit card information. I didn’t want to do that, so I went back through the process and tried to place my order again. I received the same message, “your purchase through PayPal did not complete, would you like to complete this purchase using your credit card?” After that point I left it. I expected that my purchases did not go through.

Later the same day November 16th, 2018: I received two notifications from PayPal that I had placed orders. I thought it looked weird. Sure enough there were two purchases for $79.19 USD. I immediately contacted PayPal and told them what had happened, they opened a case. It was explained to me that their protocol is to contact the seller, if the seller does not respond to PayPal in 10 days, they would refund my purchase of the second item.

After contacting PayPal I received two emails from mindinsole one email arrived on November 16th, the other on November 18th. I have two different order confirmation numbers. In the body of the email it states that it could take up to 30 days for shipping and delivery. In the email it states that I made both purchases on November 15, 2018. Order #1: 43411669, Order #2: 43412337. In the body of the email it says this: How long does it take to get my order? Due to high demand, please allow us up to 30 days for shipping and delivery from the date of your order.

I waited for a response or an update from PayPal and I received nothing, so on November 24th I contacted mindinsole. They responded on November 27, 2018 and offered to give me a 30% refund off the price of the second order. I promptly replied on November 27th, declining the 30% discount and stating that I would still like to cancel one of the orders. They responded on December 3rd indicating that it was too bad but the order had already gone to the warehouse and could not be cancelled, and that once I received the product I would have to pay the shipping to return it to them. I responded on December 4th that I was unhappy with this information.

It is now December 18th, I have not received a shipping notification, a tracking number or anything to indicate that my order has been shipped or that it ever will be. Yesterday, I contacted PayPal and opened a second dispute, regarding the promised timeframe of the shipped item (30 Days). I have paid Swell eComm (MindInsole) a total of $158.38 USD and have not received any product from them. They did not respond to my last email on December 4th and it seems as though PayPal will not do anything about either the duplicate purchases or the lack of a delivered product.

After doing some on-line research, looking at product reviews there seems to be a trend of not delivering product or delivering a poor quality product and not allowing the purchaser to return the product, or only return for credit, with return shipping cost allocated to the buyer. This company has also been flagged by the Better Business Bureau.

DO NOT PURCHASE. I STARTED to purchase via Facebook and didn't finish the transaction but received them anyway. I thought I canx the order and ordered from eBay for $5.

I recieved both products and they are IDENTICAL. All attempts to contact MindInSole were fruitless. I asked to return and product and get a refund and never received a reply after following their so-called instructions for refund.

I placed order through PAYPAL (big mistake since they will never back you up with a dispute) and after two months have had no product or reply to dozens of emails and phone calls to their Obvious Bogus Numbers. This morning receive an Email saying that they REFUSE to honor even my Email Address. Buyer Beware of these creeps!!!

Took paypal orders totalling $67.88 for insoles. My account was debited 9/14/2018. On 10/12/2018 they claimed my order was "in the mail."

It is 10/30/2018 and I have not received my insoles yet. Their last correspondance was 10/12/2018. They don't answer their phone. I have contested the PayPal transactions with no satisfaction to date.

Ordered insoles total 79.19 and was charged twice for 1 order. Upon calling and emailing proof they charged card twice they still have not refunded card. That’s been 5 days of holding for hours at a time plus multiple emails with no reply. They finally had cs agent LeeAnn tell me she would have card credited on that specific day. Guess what no refund. Again I’m sitting in the phone waiting for a customer service agent. I should have read the enormous bad reviews about this company that states they are in USA and are actually out of the UK. 83.00 thrown out the window. I’m on a fixed income and can not afford that kind of loss.

This is a scam. They tout that their insoles have magnets and pressure points that will give you well being, balance, stop aching feet and lose weight.

I was targeted as a senior citizen with a spam e-mail and responded and fell for it and purchased 3 pairs,

They instruct you to trim the insole to your size as they are one size fits all. After wearing them for 3 days, I couldn't stand them any longer and removed them from my orthapedic tennis shoes. Since they offered a guarantee, I e-mailed them 2 times and didn't receive any reply until I filed a claim with Paypal.

They responded but said they would not refund for the pair that I had altered. DO NOT FALL for their scam. I also looked up their address to return the insoles to and it's a POBox at a USPS building. So they are obviously not operating as a real business with a factory or storefront.

I am waiting now for a response from PayPal.

I ordered and paid for a pair of soles. Nothing has been delivered after two 6 weeks. I called many times but no one answers. No one to talk to

I contacted Donnie at Mindnsole and explained the insoles had severely injured my feet and I would like my money back. I enclosed photographs with my correspondence. Donnie suggested I try the insoles a second time and offered me a 30% discount.

I told him I was virtually crippled from the insoles and would appreciate a full refund as they were advertised as having a lifetime warranty with complete satisfaction. He then wrote back to give instructions on where to mail the return for a complete refund. So I followed his instructions, paying for the return myself.

The insoles were delivered to them almost one month ago and he will now not return my queries about the refund. These were advertised on the internet as being priced at a discount for seniors. They were $38.99. I checked Amazon and found many similar insoles priced under $10.00.

I feel this was a scam directed to seniors and expressed these sentiments to Donnie. Probably not a real name either.
