I am fed up with all the running around that mikes paint shop is doing. They have had my Cadillac for one month. Still not ready. Was told several more days, and my rental is due tomorrow. I feel that I am not responsible for the deductible anymore. I'm upset because its been one none month ,a job that should ave taken at least two weeks. I want justice.
Mikes paint place I took my Cadillac to be repaired using my insurance. I took it in on or about June 7th, 2017. My insurance from GEICO is paying for repairs . anyway it has been a month and my car is no ready. Last week they said this Wednesday and today they still not ready because waiting on painting same thing they said last week. When I call they leave me on hold and forget I'm on hold and I have to call them back about 15 minutes of waiting on someone to answer me. I was notified by Enterprise that I have to turn in rental by tomorrow.
