Me and my wife hired a contractor in 2017 named Mike. We ended up finding out that he goes by names of Micheal or Michael Lenerd and also MTL Enterprises. Anyways to make a long story to be short Mike took our money to do a new roof and some landscaping for our house. We made a good deal because me and my brother were helping him to do the jobs. I know that the contractors in the area were charging more moneys but since we made the deal to help he was going to do the job for $10,000 for both. We would have done it by our selves but we needed permits from his contractor company with the city.
He promised that he would get the permits and start the work to be done in the 2 weeks. We gave him deposit of $5000. Then we hardly get him to reply to our phone calls. He also made excuses to be here and work. Always something to do with his health but it sound to me that he was always drinking when I called to him.
We try to reach him but he no answer to our mail or phone calls. We have only his PO Box 3145 in Palm Springs California. I'm hoping someone will read this and help to find him. I won't recommend him to anybody! He is a crook. I hope nobody will get scammed by him in future.
