On January 5, 2017, I signed an agreement for Michael Goosby of Starpoint Development Partners - GTA Holdings, LLC , in Dallas Texas, to purchase a $50M SBLC to be monezited in monies entered into a PRIVATE PLACEMENT PROGRAM / PPP. The program was supposed to run for 10 months and with bi-monthly payouts.
Michael Goosby did not perform and breache the agreement. Michael Goosby as of today November 11, 2018, has only returend $15K, still owes my $35K.
Michael Goosby is running scams and frauds, the $15K the returned to me, it was taking from another investor (Ponzy Scheme). Michael Goosby owes serveral other investos money and continue to defraud innocent people.
