FOLKS BEWARE!!!! This man is now working in Horry and Georgetown counties at the beach in SC. He demands payment to start the job, runs to the bank to get the check cashed and does the same with the balance of payment. His work is shoddy and the asphalt does not harden. Best part is he is cheating the government out of tax dollars. He demands the check be made payable to him, Michael Carroll, he cashes the check and you can bet he is not give Uncle Sam his cut. When he was questioned as to why and not made to his company, he stated he was in the middle of incorporating the business and any deposits made to the company at this point dirties the change up. Do not use this man under any circumstance...he will not return your call.
