I didn't receive any delivery from August 2016 When I changed the address form Brickell to Miami Beach, I never received any delivery to the new address. I contacted in various occasions the costumer service, they appologized and told me that they are giving me full refund and the they will fix it, They reviewed the new address, but I never received any delivery or refund anyway. After another month I asked to cancel the delivery, they apologized, offered the refund and once again nothing happened. I contacted them once again and canceled the service. They confirmed the cancelation. To my big surprise, I received the letter few months later from Media Collections, Inc DBA Josep, Mann & Creed, 8948 Canyon Falls Blvd., Suite 200, Twinsburg, OH 44087 that the Miami Herald has requested their office to collect from me $23.54 ? I really could not believe it. After searching complaints and rip off on the Internet I realized that I am another victim of the Miami Herald scam, When I've seen and read so many complaints about the same I was shocked. Miami Herald was for me an "Institution", something very important in Miami and I realized that they are running scheme together with above named Collection agency to rip off people like me. It is incredible what is able so important newspaper to make a profit. I am very disappointed.
