Very disappointed with this dealership several times I have tried to do business with them and every time is worse than the last. I can say after this last time I will never be going back there again. Last week, I brought my car in for an issue with my drivers side door handle not working. After persistently calling for two days they finally notified me my car wasn't covered under warranty. Bottom line I came to pick my car up and they managed to not only make the issue worse, but they also finished almost a quarter tank of gas and put 21 miles on the car. Being I am very meticulous about my car I went ahead and asked a manager why is it my car needed to be driven for an issue with the door handle? Unfortunately his only answer was they were sorry and they would have to get back to me. Unfortunately, they never called me back even after calling for weeks and leaving several voicemails, clearly they just avoiding the fact they were just driving my car around for fun, just beware of this when you take your car to get it serviced there.
