Being that we paid a lot for these furniture nothing should be wrong with it however the love seat when you sit down you go down they came out to fix it I was not satisfied. The technician stated that he will have the manager call me he never did call I sent them pictures with no results No One Calling now I find the other side of the love seat the zipper is broken even though I have had this furniture for over a year it's been a year and 3 months I should not have this issue I work out of town so it's difficult for me to get in contact with anybody I will never buy furniture at Mega Furniture again
This Furniture store is a rip-off and racist towards African Americans. When i came into the store located at Universal City, I was approached by a man named Armando. He showed me a lot of furniture sets. I picked out a furniture set and told him i would pay it in full. What he fail to mention to me was that all sales are final. It wasn't until the transaction was complete and my credit card was ran, then the lady told me all sales were final. They are frauds. He assured me that my furniture would be in the following week which he lied. Let's just say I still don't have my furniture to this day and was told I have to wait 2 more weeks. I'm really upset. I called on many occasions to check on my furniture and the manager was rude to me and said to wait until Armando comes back into the office. He said he couldn't help me. These people are racist and rude. Please stay away from this furniture store and shop else where. I found the same sofa set on-line at a cheaper price.
Went to Mega Furniture to purchase an Entertainment Center and the entire process was a scam from the beginning. The sales guy showed us an entertainment center that was advertised for $499 and once we decided to purchase it, using their finance program, he then stated that it was a $50 additional charge to finance a sales item. He never mentioned this prior to us making this decision. Next the sales guy assured us that there wasn't a fee to see if we qualified for the finance program but once the transaction was completed, our debit card was immediately charged $53.00. (This did not go towards the cost of the furniture!) So from the beginning we were scammed out of of over $100! Next, we were told that upon delivery of our furniture we had 48 hours to report any damage and it would immediately be replaced or repaired. That was lie number 3! We had a door that wasn't hinged, staples that had fallen out of the back of the entertainment center, and a whole in one of the shelves! We reported same day and sent pictures to the company. We have made 8-10 calls and a week later no one will contact us and no repairs have been made. Please spare yourself the dissatisfaction, grief, and unexpected fees! DO NOT SHOP HERE PLEASE!
