I caught them charging me for sheets and towels never delivered. They over estimate their so called inventory agreement so they can over bill you. When I did an audit and found over $10,000 in over billing on sheets and towels never delivered to me. Even though I provided them proof they refused to issue a refund or credit. They stated pay your bill or we will suspend service. Then they turn it over to a collection agency! I called over and over for over 3 months for someone to address my concern about being over charged by over $10,000 for sheets and towels I never received.. Only to be told they would not consider any adjustment and for me to pay the bill and continue paying for sheets and towels that would not be deliver! I can't operate with out sheets so I had to find another vendor.. So now they want to sue me for over $80,000 for breach of contract?! This should be a Warning to anyone considering doing business with Medico. Run!
