I have no idea who is in this. I get several phone calls a day. I have exhausted my phone's number of blocked calls and must therefore be stuck with getting continued calls from this group. When my personal doctors do call, I can see the name of the physician. This is why I doubt seriously that these calls have anything at all to do with my actual medical care.

Telephone call froma Reno, NV number telling me that the company would pay for medicated skin cream. When I asked how they got my name they said that a family member or friend had filed a report. Pure and utter bull****.

Medical Services Group is calling daily often multiple times even late in the evening like 9 pm. They are trying to get me to get medicare to authorize knee braces, back braces, diabetic supplies etc. Just trying to feed off the Medicare systrem which already provides these items at a physicians request. I have asked them to stop calling but they persist. Enough already! Just because I recently got on medicare does not mean I want to rip them off.

Every day, at least 8 times a day, they call and want personal medical information. My wife answers the phone, it is her phone and number, and no matter how many times she tells them to stop calling, they keep calling back. When my wife answers, she asks who is calling, and she gets the same answer every time "I will f#%$&ing call back later". She tells them again to stop calling, and they call back a few minutes later, always the same person, who doesn't speak English very well. Why do they keep calling when all my household numbers have been put on the Do Not Call list?

I received a phone call on 01/17/2017 at 12:55 PM from a woman with a slight philipine accent claiming that she was from "The Medical Services Group". She proceeded to ask about my current pain medications. I became suspicious and asked her where she obtained my information. She was very evasive and after I asked a few more pointed questions, the phone line became mysteriously quiet. It seems like this company is trying to sell you special compounded medications, with a number of ingredients. I am alarmed that they seem to have the abilty to access my doctor's or pharmacies information.

I do not answer unidentified calls and none went to voice mail. Since I was curious about the number of repeat calls, I decided to call the repeat numbers and got this recorded message "Thank you for calling Medical Service Group. Press 1 to be connected to a representative. Press 2 to schedule a call back. Press 3 to be removed from our call list."

All calls are tagged "Georgia." They used the following numbers: 470-377-8041 (3 calls); 678-293-4398 (4 calls}; 470-293-7611; 678-293-4502 (2 calls); 470-428-9987 {2 calls}; 678-293-4398 (4 calls); I have blocked these numbers, and am reporting to the FCC.

The last(?) call was received at 4:57 pm. I called the number (470-428-9987) and pressed 3 to be removed from their calling list. Here's hoping.

Lazy Thieves

I've been called 10 times today. At least some victims actually speak to these scammers, they just hang up when I answer. After I block one of their numbers, they try to call one or two more times and then change their number TO GET AROUND IT. I thought they were changing their numbers to be uncatchable but I realized if you don't block the number they'll keep using it to call you, and then after you block it they call two more times to see if they can and then they change the number. What I don't understand is why you keep calling someone that is cursing and screaming for you to leave them alone? Like it's not like you're going to get money out of me, I'm pretty sure that ship sailed when you HARRASSED me. This is insane and someone needs to contact the FBI because these people are either in the Philippines or India, and the FCC probably can't do anything about it. I'm just going to have to change my number. Please PLEASE BE AWARE OF FREEBIE WEBSITES, SURVEY WEBSITES, SWEEPSTAKES AND ONLINE RAFFLES they are a hot bed for sick people selling innocent people's information. EVEN SOME JOB APPLICATION SITES. Because I just got the number 5 months ago, and these calls didn't start until I did some applications on Indeed.com. Not saying indeed sold my info, it might have been one of the employers. Just beware. And I'm sorry to all those being bothered by THIEVES, hopefully we find a solution soon.

Continued calls for over 2 years from foreign men and women, not of Hispanic descent asking for health insurance information. They insist that I have pain or diabetis, or someone in my home does, which is not true. They want health insurance information. If you tell them you don't have any then they hang up. Problem is they keep calling you. One guy hung up on me, then called back calling me vulgar names. I told him I would take legal action and he said go ahead and call you FBI, they can't catch me.

  • Feb 23, 2018

When I finally answered the call they had complete name/address and birth date info. Wanted insurance info for a Pain cream claiming I had submitted a request. After pressuring them for additional information as to how they received my info and what specific cream they were referring to the lady got very rude and I requested to be removed from her list. I called tospeak to a supervisor and one was not available, was hung up on.

They called me 10 times today starting at 7:11 am. When they called they said they were reaching out because I filled out paperwork online. The first call came in from Angela who could barely speak english. I kept pressing her to repeat herself because I couldn't understand a word she was saying. I finally hung up because I am sick and in bed with the flu. The calls kept coming in all day long and each time I tried to get more info from them. Each person kept asking me how I am feeling and what kind of pain I am in. I kept pressing for more information about who they were and how they got my info. She then asked me if I was a diabetic, I said no, and then she said ok thanks for your time. The last call that came in was at 4:00 pm and when I asked them why they keep calling me the woman said that she never called me. I then told her how many times this number called me today and I'm still not sure who they are, where they got my personal info from and why they are still calling me. She actually LAUGHED at me and said I TALK TOO MUCH and hung up on me!

I called the number back because I was furious and of course it was not a working number. Below are the numbers that came through to my phone today:

They will call from different numbers up to 10 times a day, starting at 9:01am and continuing until 8:59pm. They claim I enrolled in their service which I never did. They have been asked to stop calling but they will not stop. They ask if I am in constant pain, or they ask about diabetes. I wish a class action suit could be filed against them to put them out of business.

Scammers

I answered one of their calls and was surprised that they seem to know a lot about me.When I asked where they got the information,,they keep verifying the info dodging the question. They are sad to say Filipinos who are up to no good and should be reported to the FCC and to Medicare. They prey on unsuspecting seniors, so Beware..

We’ve received three calls this morning saying that My Mom had inquired about her health. They keep wanting to foist some “healing” cream on her. We’ve said we’re not interested but they keep persisting. The phone number I asked for lead to a recording that it wasn’t in service. Huge scam.

  • Oct 11, 2017

I have been receiving calls from this company for at least a year. They are trying to sell be knee braces, back braces, etc. I have continuous asked them to take me off their call list. They call a couple of times a week, always from different numbers. The number in the form above is the latest number they call from this morning.

When I accused the caller that he was pushing a scam, he became indignent saying I did not know what I was talking about, and I continued to say take me off his list he became more indignant, so I finally hung up. I have received hundreds of these calls in the past year. I've tried blocking the phone number, and they just come ofter me with a different phone number.

How can these people get away with harassing us like this?!

I get multiple calls every day from all different numbers. I block the numbers, but they call back on another number. I have never talked with them because I usually don't answer numbers I don't recognize and wait to see if there is a message left. They never leave one. This seems to be a big operation with numbers from all around my general geographic area and also several other states. This is harassment! Can't someone put a stop to this disreputable company?!

  • Sep 9, 2017

Can somebody please stop these people from calling, it starts at 8:15 am and continues through all day, tried everything, to get them to stop calling. A lot of times they say nothing, and call goes to my voicemail then I have another step to delete. Extremely annoyning. Sometimes a man, usually a girl with an accent, she promises to take my name off their call list and never does, just keeps calling back, even tells me God bless you. This is so illegal!

A**holes

Wish I could less than 1 star! These people are extreme A**HOLES! I have reported them to the do not call list!

The Rudest of All Scam Callers!

These mental midgets at Medical Services Group started calling me at 9:30 PM and then again starting at 8:30 AM, calling every hour, and from a slightly different phone number each time, and then, only to hang up on me.

The phone numbers were: 323-486-9290 (2), 323-486-9289, and 323-486-9287. The last call I received before writing this report was from: 323-486-9291. I spoke with, let's call her Ms. 9291, trying to get some more information about who Medical Services Group were, where they got their information and how they got my number. Questions that make them very uncomfortable and that they have yet to provide me with ANY type of real answer.

So, I asked Ms. 9291 the usual questions and she would only say: "We are calling about your pain, um, from the information you provided." She repeated that sentence several times and seeing as I was getting no where with her, I said: "Yes, I have pain, I am on the phone with it right now!" Ms. 9291 promptly hung up. I do wonder if I shall hear from her ever again?

Multiple calls from them until I answered. They already had my personal information and was probing for my doctor's information. I had never heard of them before, so I looked them up and found this site. I am not sure how they got my personal information. I stopped talking and told them good by when they didn't have any of my doctor's info.

Medical Services Group calls many times daily offering medication for pain. I have told them many times I do not need this service.

I had a car accident a year ago and is settled. Also the poor english makes it very hard to talk to them.

On 7202017 at 6:51 i was awakened from my nap by my phone ringing it was a lady named rachel from a company called medical sevices group she sounded asian. She wanted some information so she could send me some pain cream & lotion.

She already had my name, my address, my birth date, my phone number & she knew enough about me and my health issues along with the fact that i was waiting for phone calls for medical appointments &i had discussed topical pain creams with my pcp at my last appointment. I thought the call was legitimate.

Unfortunately i answered her questions. She asked me what insurance i had, the name of my primary care doctor, and the last 4 digits of my social I cant believe i was stupid enough to this give information)she had me verify all the info she had and said to tell my pcps office that i had spoke to them about ordering the cream if they called me and hung up.

Now i’m fully awake & thinking about the call.I had a bad feeling i shouldn’t of given the information to “rachel”. I looked up the name and phone number i saw 1 link to medical services group, located in the uk. The other links where to scam pages. After reading a few complaints on the outscam page i knew i had been scammed.

I called back the number i had (916) 318-7102 which i thought was a sacramento number and when told my choices hit #1 on phone to speak with a representative was put on hold i ended up hanging up because no representative answered i called again and pressed #2 to leave a message & have them call back. They didn’t call back so i called in the morning and the line is busy so i looked up “what to do if you are scammed” so i’m doing what is recommended. I just hope something bad doesn’t happen because of my stupity

Be careful when filling out "surveys" on the internet, such as do you suffer from? these lists are sold to these despicable people who try and prey mostly on the elderly. Be careful, what everything!

  • Jul 12, 2017

Received numerous calls from a phone number listed in the Edmond, Oklahoma area. Each time discussing medical problems and inquiring about information. At one time a gentleman stated a family member was concerned about me and contacted them. I said no one from my family did, then he stated it was my physician who povided the information. I called his bluff on that too. Then he stated they receive their information from medical sources.

  • Jun 30, 2017

I received a call from these whoever they are today at 10:42 am. As I have caretaker status of my brother and sister in law, both of whom have multiple health issues, as do I, at first I thought it was the UF Health people since we're in the midst of arranging a number of appointments. My brother recently had cataract surgery after being completely blind for 5 years, among other things, and they arrived last year to go under my care, as in CA they were homeless and had no access to a doctor. It was a local number.

The lady had a heavy accent, and was talking extremely fast; I am hard of hearing to start with, so it took me several tries to get the name of the company. Then she wanted to know what pain issues I had, said they had something for me for it, I was missing a ton of words due to her accent and speed talking, and asked several times if they were with UF Health or were they trying to sell me something. When she kept insisting on having my insurance number, which I don't have since I am in City Contract which is through the University of Florida and the city of Jacksonville, and kept excitedly saying "It's government funded, right??" I figured out it was a scam and ended the conversation. I couldn't get a location out of her that I could understand.

I am extremely bothered by the fact they have the information about me they have and where they got it. I keep my medical situation relatively quiet and these people if they get my brother or sister in law's information could potentially really do some damage, as they are on medicaid and that IS government funded. I think they're ripping off the government through people's health plans. I also am very concerned that if they got the information of my name, phone number, and the fact I'm in pain management treatment, what other information do they have that they shouldn't?

  • Jun 22, 2017

Who are these people??!!

Why are they calling me?! Don't know them. Don't want them.
