When I tried to cancel my membership online I entered my email and they said they did ot recognize this email. So I called 855-274-6677, the # listed on their website and the person there said they had this email on file for this deduction [email protected] which is not my email and is a bogus email because I tried to send a n email to that address and it bounced back. The person would only give me a $19.99 refund because it had been over 30 days (Nov. 13) when they deducted the $39.99. So I never ordered this service and was still charged $19.99. Quite a RIP-OFF if I ever saw one.

ViewerMax & MediaZinn are just two of the scam operations being run by a holding Corp called MediaGemm. I was looking to view a particular television show. I found several episodes on YouTube. At the end of a episode i was directed to both ViewerMax & MediaZinn (separately). Both companies directed to asked for information, including credit card, etc and claming no charges until after 5 day free trial. They show a list of the various membership levels offered and online streaming television & movies is one such level. After they (both companies had the same process) verified my cc card i had access to the "library". The library is only online & audio books. No tv/movies! I called the numbers for support and immediately canceled membership. Upon deeper questioning by me i found out they intended to charge me a $2.99 fee for upgrading my membership to include tv/movies (what?? They don't offer that) and a $10 donation for books for African school children. I demanded a full refund for both. I was assured the refund confirmation was being sent via email. I immediately called my bank, reported the companies, and canceled my card. These people are very unscrupulous and are absolute scammers! So beware!!

$39.99 per month on my credit card for months - my fault for not looking closer at my bill!

No proof of signup - never been to the site in my life. Likely part of a software download that took my credit card info and passed it to another company. Totally pissed off! not sure what i can do about it!

On December 18, 2017 I was reddirected to Mediacomm's site from another site on the net which had my data with my permission. When I saw what was the purpose of their site i immediately exited the Mediacomm site and did not agree to become a member of their site. To date they have charged my Debiit Card $1.01 and $40.39. This is a pure fip-off because i do not have enough time to reead the items that I get in the mail from the orgainizations that I belong to without getting nany further things to read. I did not authorize these charges.

Discovered today this company has been pulling more than $40/month from my minor son's checking account.

He never signed up for this service. We never confirmed the account. To my knowledge, they can't enter into a contract with a minor even if he did sign up and they never check.

They refuse to make full restitution.

This kind of crap is nothing new. They are willing to bilk the public out of their hard earned money $40 at a time and assume no one will dispute it.

Buyer beware?! Don't do business with this company if you have a choice. They don't seem to operate trustworthy or responsibly.

They have offices in DE and Canada - I'm not sure where I can file small claims and get any satisfaction, so please be careful and vigilent about this company having your financial information.

I helped my g.f. buy something to read on-line, it cost a dollar or so. Don't remember what it was, but no complaints.

Sometime after that, a charge of $39.99 appeared on my bank account, though I'd just gotten a big paycheck and didn't notice. A month later, I noticed a pending charge for another $39.99, about to put me in near debit status. That got my attention.

The phone number was on the cc statement, so I called them and told them I didn't know what it was, but my g.f. didn't ask for it, we weren't using at, and we didn't want it. The CSR put us on hold to verify that we hadn't use the service or whatever it is, then came back and agreed to stop the pending charge and refund the previous charge.

The pending charge was cancelled in a day or so, and the refund was processed in just another day or so. All told, the experience was a bit scary and a little inconvenient, but relatively painless overall.
