This company sells media displays inside GYMs all over the United States. They pitch you on 6 months and the balance of another 6 months if your ad is working. They gave me a ONE PAGE agreement with no terms or details of any kind. ( attached) Everything is they say is verbal. They tell you to pay for the first AD Display and then they will send the invoice to you for the second 6 month term after 6 months if the ad is working.
This one page agreement shows TWO – 6 month displays which any logical person would understand this as TWO separate terms each for 6 months at the cost of $625 ea. - THESE ADS DO NOT WORK AT ALL. My first 6 months was up withy ZERO RESULTS and they NEVER contacted me for the second 6 month term. I was NOT going to renw anyway. THESE ADS DO NOT WORK AT ALL. After 14 months they come into my store claiming I own another $625 for the second term of 6 months which I never agreed to. OVER 1 year later they try to steal another $625….this is a SCAM stay away from MEDIA DISPLAY in Naples Florida.
