After nine months of hard work and correspondence with them and their ad agency, I created the film. But they refused to pay me, saying that we never had a written contract. After I posted the film on my website, they stole the video and posted it on their website without telling me.
I sent them a cease and desist letter, and they took it down, but the damage had already been done. I spent nearly a year making a film for them and they strung me along the entire time, then pulled the rug out from underneath me and refused to pay.
Anyone that does business with this company or with Marcelo Ramos should be aware of his shady business tactics. Stay away.
