Over the past few days my experience with your brand has been abysmal, at best. I’m shocked that Mazda operates this way, and disregards their customers after the point of sale. Truly unbelievable.

The sales experience was fine when I traded in my 2016 BMW 328i and purchased a new 2018 Mazda 6 Signature from the showroom floor in December of 2018 from my local dealership, Mazda of Roswell, located in Roswell, GA.

On 12/2 car was in for service due to a warranty issue with the rear seat chrome trim breaking, and the job was botched by the tech. The person broke the replacement pieces and wrinkled the leather. After I returned home, as the dealership had to order replacement parts, the trim pieces that were installed fell onto the bottom seat area. Just so you know, the car has 6,300 miles and garage kept. We’ve only had 2 people sit in the back seat on 2 separate occasions, we don’t have kids, and we don’t drive the car on any gravel roads.

The build quality is inferior, and the run around we're receiving from Mazda North America and the dealership has been a waste of our time. Please note, the car has several issues stemming from super thin paint that constantly and excessively chips, constant fault lights that illuminate when the temperature outside has been below freezing, (So safety features are not working at this time) as well as front door panel and side view mirror rattles and creaking noises when the radio is on.

Not to mention, all four wheels were replaced due to black marks under the finish. The brakes also make a popping noise once the brake pedal has been released. I’ve had several conversations with your customer service reps without any resolution.

I also have a 2004 Mazda Miata with 50k miles, and due to this experience that car will be sold, immediately. We are so disappointed in the brand that we no longer wish to be burdened by having any Mazda vehicles in our ownership, or having to deal with our local dealership.

I will NEVER buy another Mazda or give the dealership any future business or recommendations. The lack of business acumen from both parties is laughable, at best.

Lesson learned.....
