Without any warning it charged my account for 94.95 on 12.5 17. I was not told with the original order that it signs you up for more deliveries. Impossible to contact. Ignores all emails. I am a disabled woman raising a granddaughter and cannot afford this type of atrocity. I feel helpless and taken advantage of.
Odered the free trial where you just pay shipping. They sent me two bottles. (thought I was only getting one)
Then they charged my bank account for $84.00 and $89.00. I asked and they said you have to cancel the trial within 14 days of receiving the diet pills and the charges are for the ORIGINAL bottles not for a future shipment.
You can't tell if you like a diet pill within 14 days. I had not even taken the pills yet.
No where on the website ordering process did they even mention the cost of the pills.
My account was charged nearly $150 after a trial offer. When I called the operator said that there was language that was included in the shipping materials somewhere that said that the 'full price' of the product would be charged if they weren't called within 14 days. I never saw anything aobut this when I purchased online, Also, the product doesn't work.
My husband just dies and I ordered in a moment of weakness. I learned my lesson but this company should not get away with this.
