Matt D Pace, of MDP Landscape (may be a fake/temporary business name) hides behind craigslist, no email, no website, and will steal your money, just like he did to me, and 5 others. He deposited my checks to start work, did 2 days of work, enough to claim the need for more materials, and cashed another set of checks, and never showed up again.
Matthew D Pace texted (documented) lies for 12+ weeks that he was coming back to finish the job, with no intention of ever showing up... I took him to court and he skipped 2 court hearings, sent him to colleactions and refuses to pay back the money he stole from me. He is a pathological liar.
As of 3.1.16, according to the Norfolk Mass County Sherriff, Matthew D Pace has 6 outstanding judgements of people he has ripped off, stole their money, or refused to pay for goods/services.
The asset search pulls up that he has no money, leins on his cars, and doesnt own a home... he is a pathetic scam artist living stolen paycheck to stolen paycheck.
Lesson #1 - Never hire from craigslist, there is too much room to hide the truth.
