MasterTech Financial Advisors Reviews

Mr. House and Mastertech Financial convinced our family to sell our SF home and invest $3m dollars in what he called liquid and safe annuities and REITs (the Griffin Peakstone private REIT and Prudential Annuities). This was in 2019. He informed us that these were high liquid low risk, when in reality they were just the opposite. They are high commission investments, high risk and illiquid. All 5 of the investments he got us into are down and have done poorly, including Griffin trying to secretly stop paying out a promised quarterly $13k dividend which we found out three quarters later. He did not disclose his commissions nor any penalties for selling early. When we finally have the call asking him to sell is when he reveals that only a small portion can be sold at certain quarterly dates and he has not told us how much we can sell. This man is an absolute liar and scammer. DEAL WITH JOHN ALBERT HOUSE AT YOUR OWN RISK

John Albert House of MasterTech Financial began counseling our mother on the finances after our father passed away. He convinced her to sell our incredibly valuable and appreciating Presidio Heights San Francisco Home so that he could invest the millions in high commission Prudential annuities and the Griffin/Peakstone dangerou REIT, which he told us from the outset were both safe and liquid. I am one of my mothers financial advisors and asked him again and again about the liquidity and safety of the investments and he assured us that they were. We are finding out four years later now that all of his investments are down (they have performed poorly pretty much the whole time) does he finally admit that we can't sell anything until certain quarterly dates and that we can only sell a small portion of the investments (he has not told us how much yet). He invested almost $3m of our family estate as well as our mothers entire IRA in this garbage, and when confronted he claims to have told me about the risks and liquidity which is an absolute lie my right hand to God, he is an absolute liar, schemer, fraudster, pretends to be more successful than he is, and begs for clients via his mailchimp subscriber list that he signed us up for without our consent. Do not let John Albert House anywhere near your investments if you value them. Our family is deep in the much with this guy and we may not be able to get out. Our mother now only has a few years to live on unless we can liquidate these horrid investments.

John Albert House of MasterTech financial began advising our mother financially when our father passed away. I am her eldest son and chief advisor. House at MasterTech convinced her to sell our incredibly valuable Presidio/Pacific Heights San Francisco Home that would have generated $14k per month in rent, instead he convinced her to sell it in 2019 and have the proceeds invested in high commision, high risk, low liquidity Prudential annuities and the Griffin/Peakstone private illiquid REIT. I asked him again and again about the liquidity and safety of these companies and he assured me that the funds would be readily available and that Griffin would provide a quarterly distribution. Well, Griffin turned the distribution off without notifying anyone, and when we ask Mr. House to sell it, he admits that it cannot be sold until a quarterly date two months in advance and only a fraction of it can actually be sold, an amount he does not know. This man absolutely conned our family into these garbage investments, and is a predator. Do not let the smile and kind appearance fool you, he has turned our family finances into absolute turmoil. Beware of John House and MasterTech Financial if you value your finances. When finally confronted he now lies and says that he disclosed all of it to me. An absolute 100% lie with no evidence to back it up because it never happened. John Albert House is a Scammer MasterTech Financial is a Scam
