I called master matchmakers and paid 1500 for a premier dating membership. I participated in some mandatory pre counseling, and then I never heard from them again. They have not called for a single match, and they refuse to give me my money back saying I have to pay for the pre counseling. I paid for dates not counseling!

Service is a fraud. Master Matchmakers will tell you they have good prospects (and even show you), but once you sign the contract and pay for services, the matches mysteriously disappear. After many months of being patient, you then get presented with matches that are well outside your criteria. They will string you along just to keep your profile in their database so they can mislead new customers.
Furthermore, they solicit business where they are not authorized. For example, their license is suspended in California, yet they seek customers in the area. I have already submitted an official complaint and encourage others to do the same.
Lastly, Steve will insult you during the process and post blogs about you. Not exactly professional or in the best interest of his clients.
There are many other issues, but leaving this review short as possible.
