When I do business I try my best to look into the people who I am doing business with, in this case I never did business with the owner of Master Accounting and Tax Services because I found his sex offender status when searching for more information about the compay.
They're required to tell their neighbors of their status, but not people they plan on working closely with (my last accountant knew me better than any of my neighbors, btw). Everyone is free to do business with whoever they want to, but consumers should know what they are getting themselves into. If you're a second chances kind of person, good for you. I don't take chances.
