Martin Tindall came to the US around 2010 from Australia. To read more about his history there, Google his name. Martin is currently collecting investments from individuals in the pretense of trying to raise money for a Cannabis Company, specifically to market CBD. He has collected several hundreds of thousands of dollars from individuals in exchange for stock in this company. In reality, Martin has used this money to live extravagantly on. He has rented many houses in the Longmont area as he cannot secure a mortgage due to his bad credit and prior bankruptcy.
Most recently, he rented a 2 million dollar house in Portico with the promise to purchase this home in a year. When the year was up, he stopped paying rent and was unable to purchase the home. He was evicted. Martin leases several cars including an unknown sports car, GMC SUV and possibly a light blue Land Rover. All of this has been paid for by his "investors".
None of the money "invested" with him has actually gone to this CBD business. DO NOT invest with Martin. DO NOT rent your house to Martin. He is funding his lifestyle with OTHER PEOPLEs MONEY. Martin is currently being investigated by the FBI and will hopefully be behind bars soon. In the meantime, steer clear.

Obvious question that needs to be asked is how can an undischarged BANKRUPT in Australia pay $3,500 a month for a rented house? Answer > he doesn't as the lease is in the name of his unemployed wife. Is that correct Mr. Tindall?
