Anyone out there wanting to do a class action suit against this Scammer?
Nice at first to get your money that you paid to sign up, then it was on. No return calls or emails. He once tried to justify himself, but why did he take all that time to write it when he should have been working on assets OR in his case, scamming people out of there money.
Do not fall for his BS or his partners.
I am now planning a suit against him. Please contact BBB and every Realtor that you know.
People like this need to be Placed in Jail and hopefully with my suit, they will do just that.
We see people like this every once in a while trying to scam. When the foreclosures start up again, we will see this type of action again. NEVER EVER pay to assist a company with their assets. I want my money back and after I am done with him, I will get more than my money.
Recently came into contact with these individuals starting in september 2017. Was assigned two properties within two weeks time, Drove by took photos did BPOs. Legal department began working on these properties at this time. Since I've done REO in the past I know sometimes it may take time to bring these to market as I've handled aspects of CFK, utilities, repairs etc. They "self manage" these in house which was suprising and brilliantly require you to set up a account to "get started".
Martin send me exclsuive right to sell contract at which point Im waiting to make this listing go live so I've checked on the property without making contact with the occupant because I dont know what Im getting into and havent been directly asked to do so.
Ive noticed several accounts here being made so Im going to progressively update this report as they were working on CFK 4 weeks ago "in house" this normally takes only 2 weeks becuase the occupant is offered a sizable amount of money and realize whats in store.
