After receiving the product several days late from Shipping and testing it it does not even work. Once I contacted customer service they had me jump through several hoops in order to provide proof through video and pictures that the product was not working. I expressed my disappointment with the customer service and the faulty product and expressed that I wanted a full refund. They admitted fault that the product was faulty and only offered to reship another. I can told them that I no longer wanted their product and that I did not want to wait for shipping again and for them to give me a full refund. They responded that they were not authorized to do refunds only reship at that point I told them I would take it up with PayPal on my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau if they did not refund my money immediately.

Worst merchant imaginable. They don't tell you anywhere as you're buying online that your stuff is being made in China, or that will be of the worst possible quality, and shipped via the longest and cheapest freight option. When you finally learn about this and ask them to cancel the order, they claim it has already been shipped. Then 2 weeks later, you get a notification that it has JUST been shipped. So they could have cancelled for weeks. They lie and they cheat. They delay until they think they can get away with not refunding you. I highly recommend you avoid this company. Total scam.
Ordered and shipping took over two months. they apologized and offered to refund my shipping but that never happened and now they are flat out refusing to refund. Product was also not as described. They are obviously thousands of miles away in a far away land, so beware that product is low quality and communication/resolution is quite difficult and frustrating.

My order order #MT173364 has never arrived
First they told me to wait (for months), that they are sorry for the delay etc., now their support ignores me.
I never received neither the product, nor my money back
Garbage product
Avoid! product is garbage and no returns and no refunds. No box, no instruction for products. Never buy again!!!!
