On 16 Dec. 2017 I ordered 2 sets of Magic Tracks. It was a buy one get one offer. I should have received 4 sets. When it cam on the 6th of Jan. there were only 2 sets. I contacted the service people that said they would send the other 2 sets out. That was on the 8th of January. The next package did not come until the 20 of January. They had sent the wrong items again. I had to wait till Monday morning to contact them because they are only open Monday - Friday. On the 22 of January I call the service line once again and told them what had happened they said they were sorry and that they would get it out that day. I asked if they could expdite it and they said no. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said that they did not have a supervisor. How crazy is that? This is now the 24th of January and I have not received notice that my package has been sent? How can companies get away with this?

They didn' have all the pieces inside the box and I purchased 3 sets of the magic tracks mega sets and neither one has all the pieces in side. The customer service number is not usable because it gives a busy signal then hangs up. This is not fair to people that work hard to earn their money and purchase gifts only to be disappointed. My son has been crying and my sister in Atlanta where one set was sent is highly pissed as well. We need money or another set with all the pieces thats promised on the box and label. Do not buy or oder magic tracks they don't have all the pieces.

On Nov.16,2017 I saw on internet that magictracks had buy one set at 19.99+5.99 handling (which was suppose to be 220 pieces of track and 1 car) and get a second set free. All I had to pay was 5.99 handling (which would be anoter 220 pieces of track and 1 car). That woulkd only be a total of 31.97 and I was charged a total of 42.97. There was a promotion code that said I could get 20% off my order so I Thought I was getting 2 set of buy 1 and get one free. Called customer services and he was not any help at all. I tried to explain to him that I was to have buy 1 get one free. He let me know that is why is was upgraaded to a deluxe set. I did not order a deluxe set for 29.99. When I told him about the promotion code that was on there he let me know htat they don't give promotion codes. They are nothing but rip offs. I was ordering these for my grandsons for Christmas. After looking at how some of the customers haven't received anything at all.I guees I:m lucky that I got one set but charged wrong price. Will never order anything else from this place.

My grandsons see the ad for theses tracks weekly when at my home and ask for them each time the ad is aired.In a weak grandma moment , I thought,OK ,I will order a set for each of them. When calling the number listed on the television screen/ad,it stated that the customer service was closed.I then went to their web site and placed my order. I should have been suspicious when every step of the way they attempted to get you to purchase more tracks,more cars.more accessorires before you finalized your order.I actually did add some road signs and additional car for each of them (or so I thought!).I reviewed my order like every smart internat purchaser does ,,it was for the buy one get one,two cars,and the road signs addition.Two minutes later I received an email with an order for 4 sets,pluse the paraphenalia ,some of which I did not order ,with a grand total of $131.00 .!! Yipes,not at all what I ordered.The help desk link brings you to the order site and NO ONE answers the toll free numberr to either correct the order or stop it . I now will have to pay for a stop payment on the order at my bank.Obviously not a happy customer !

I ordered from Magic Tracks online at magictracks.com in December 2016. I orders a Christmas gift and by mid January I still had not received my order and emailed customer service and tried to call with no answer. My emails requested that they cancel my order which I never got a response from. I got an order confirmation the day I placed my order and never heard from the company again. Until, two months later in mid February 2017, I received an email confirmation that my order was shipping. I asked for them to cancel my order because I had moved and no longer wanted the products. They responded to tell me that I needed to pay for return shipping once it arrives... after I mentioned that I don't even live at that address anymore. Who ships products two months later? I never got a call or email. Then they wouldn't refund my card after charging me. I'm taking it to court if they don't refund me. Stay clear of these scammers.

I placed my order for a set of Magic Tracks in early Dec. 2016 hoping my GodDaughter would get it for Christmas. Four days before Christmas I get a postcard in the mail from Magic Track stating my order was now back ordered, no expected shipment date or any other information. So I wanted a few weeks with no response from the company so I called the number on the card only to hear a voicemail about how the company was working hard to fill orders.

So I waited another few weeks , no word from the company so I called again and this time the recording was garbled and I couldn't make a selection to talk to anyone. I waited a few days called back and talked to a live person for her to tell me that my credit card was reported stolen and that's why I didn't get my order...credit card NOT stolen, gave her the card number again and asked her if the stock was available she assured me it was in stock and was shipping the next day.

I waited a few days for an email confirming the order had shipped and nothing so I checked the credit charge and nothing had been charged from Magic Track so I called back only to hear the same thing but I gave them another chance and STIlL NOTHING. It is now Feb. 6 and Magic Track is still on back order. I canceled my order and I advice everyone do the same. Bad business practices and this company should not be allowed to sell anything. BEWARE!!!

I ordered from magic tracks on line. i had 2 orders, they were to be cancelled however they were sent out was delivered to wrong address. I sent them back and still can't get my refund of 114.97 back. They are rude hateful malicious sounding and they hang up on you.

I just want everyone to know this is a rip off company and they won't give out the corporate number which is another state.'

I hope there is someone out there who can help people like me.

Magic tracks is a ripoff. They assured me that my order was cancelled and that I was going to get a full refund within 5 business days from 1-5-17. well not only did I not get the refund but they charged my credit card again. The e mail on their page is not a working e mail & now they don't even answer there phone to customer service...but they do answer there phones for new orders and when they answer and you try to tell them your problem they tell you sorry we can only take orders.

Purchased 2 magic tracks for a three year old at walgreens used maybe five times the cars are not working anymore I think 40.00 dollars plus tax is outrageous this is a ripoff

Order magic tracks tv on 11/30/2016 have never recieved the buy one get one double the shipping cost . this is just so wrong no respond what so ever from customer service help me. my grandson thinks I lied to him because of this company ripoff so much fraud they need to be taken down and sent straight to jail. they need to send my money back or the long over due product please help me.

Magictracks not delivering what they are advertising. Tracks do not glow in the dark and appearance of some parts are completely different than ads on TV and internet. To little children's dismay and mine. None of the tracks glow in the dark and other parts are not what is shown on advertisements. Such as the bridge and tunnel which looks like a mountain and a tunnel going through on ads and is actually a straight green ramp. Best description I could give. I bought magic tracks because of features. Those features are not there! It does not do what they say! In my mind false advertising!

they took $51.97 from my account and only sented me one set which a free set is in order or a refund of $25.88

back to my account. i called and emailed several letters on this matter and still to this day no reply on this matter.

I have never in my life had the kind of treatment that I received from Majic Tracks, but most of all Ontel!! I have worked in customer service for over 30 years so that is saying something. I ordered Majic Tracks for my grandson's birthday and the very next day after ordering it something told me to check the status. When I called, I was on hold for 57 minutes and then the call dropped. I looked up the BBB.ORG website and read some horrific stories just like mine. I found a second number and tried that one. I did get to someone who transfered me to a voice mail. This was a supposidly supervisor. I left two separate voice mails and still to this day no call back. I called again and got this Jackie REP #26434 at phone number 1-800-431-0493 and she was more rude than anyone I have ever delt with. I even had explained to her what happened and I was crying at the time. ABSOLUTELY NO COMPASSION OR EMPATHY AT ALL!!! On the recording it said that because of the popularity that they could not gaurantee when the item would ship. Since this was for my grandson's birthday I had to figure out something else. He lives in Iowa and I am in California so I couldn't very well just pick him up and take him shopping.. THIS COMPANY SHOULD HAVE IT'S LICENSE REVOKED IMMEDIATELY. I have also filled out a BBB complaint!!!

Don't order from Magic Tracks, you will be sorry!

I ordered (2) Buy one get one free tracks from this place on December 8, 2016. They were to be gifts for two of my grandson's on Christmas morning. On 12/16/16 I received an email stating that my tracks were on back order and would not make it by Christmas and that they would charge my card ONLY when the tracks were sent out. At that time I called and could not get through to their customer service AND sent an email canceling my order AND telling them that they were not authorized to charge my account. I never received a call or email response so I sent them about 10 more emails in the next week. On 12/28/16 my card was charged $64.94. On 1/10/17 I contacted my bank and disputed the credit card charge stating that I STILL dont even have the merchandise yet along with the fact that they were told they did not have authorization. On 1/11/17 the post office attempted to deliver the package to me and I refused it. I am currently on hold for the second time with Magic Tracks Customer Service Department, the first time I hung up after 40 minutes, this time I have been holding for 31 minutes.

This place is HORRIBLE, Do NOT order from them. Note: Once I cancelled my order, I went to Toys R Us to get the tracks so that my grandsons would have their gifts.... They liked them and everything but the cars have broken already. Horrible Horrible Customer Service.

First off not sure if this is the right category. I am reporting Magic Tracks, a toy for children that was advertised online and as an infomercial on TV for Christmas.

I ordered on 11/4. I was charged to my credit card on 12/20. Went to their website to track my order but when I clicked on the track order icon I was bounced back the their website.

So I called 800 number and was on hold for 86 minutes and had to hangup because I had to go to work. Tried again 3 times, same thing.Magic Tracks.

I have been trying to obtain a authorization for return from website/800 number since 12/26 but cannot reach either again.

Far too many problems about this company to list without rambling on.

Customer service is non-existent.

Wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered this for my three year-old grand-nephew.

Stay far away from this company. What a scam.

I sent Magic Tracks 2 detailed email informing them the address they had listed on my order was wrong. It was listed as Street and not Road which would bounce the package all over Columbia, SC and may or may not have arrived. I would have been charged for something I may never get and therefore could not return if I wanted to do so. I, as a last resort, ask them by email to cancel the order and each email included the order number. They also ignored that email and have now shipped the order. I found the item at another location and am now faced with the fact I may never get the package and may never be able to get a refund as they advertise. The phone number they list and give out in a recording rings twice and then goes busy. I have tried on numerous occassions and days to get throught but it does no good. This sounds like a Christmas bait and switch operation. It is impossible to talk to anyone because each number they give out is a recording and leads back to the worthless phone number. Something needs to be done to prevent companies from making money like this. While they have managed to get into several leading department store chains, these stores can give direct refunds but look at the mney they make by using phoney phone numbers and ignoring cancellation request.

I ordered Magic Tracks on 11/19/16. I have not recieved order yet. I can not contact them successfully. They keep changing their cust. ser. #. There are 40 to 50 min. hold times. They will refer you to contact their web site and never reply to you. Their order status check in site consistantly does not update you as they told me I would be updated re: the status of my order. My order was $61.97 and they have my cr cd acct #. They are continuing to advertise on television and take orders. This is wrong. Now they changed the order # I called to place the order. They could have everyone's cr cd info and max out our accts and take off to another country. They have very poor...NO customer service!

I have a complaint about the company that sells MAgic Tracks. I placed an order in October. Today, 12/16/15, I finally received a confirmation, of sorts. It was actually a notification of shipment. 2 months later!! About a month after i placed the order, i searched my email for a confirmation, searched my bank account for payment, and searched the website itself. Nothing. I assumed I never completed the order, and went ahead and purchased alternate gifts. Then today, I received an email that it had been shipped, the first email i received from them!!! I don't want the item now, can't afford it now anyway. I sent them an email that I will be requsting a full refund, with postage paid. We'll see what happens. Not a good, reputible way to do business. Never again!!

I ordered a magic tracks race set from them in October and as ogpf today's date I haven't received the merchandise. I sent in by mail a money order for $31.97 to 21 law drive, Fairfield, nj on October 27, 2016. On Thursday, they told me to track order number 37679900 and as of Sunday (DEC. 4, 2016) its not showing on the tracking order. On Thursday, it showed up but has been removed as of today's date 12/4/2016. I don't know what kind of game they are playing. Please alert people that this isn't real. Its a commercial on television offering you a race car set for $19.99 plus shipping and handling.

I mailed a money order in the amount of $31.97 to purchase a magic tracks advertisement on television. I sent it in to 21 law drive, Fairfield, NJ in October and hasn't received the package as of today's date. When called at 844-463-1127, I do not get an answer, it yells me to track it. When I try to track it at ontel world packs USA/orderstatus.com, I gets an answer that there is no order existing. Then I calls 855-355-0409 and they give the runaround. Today they gave me an order number 3767990 in which is not showing up on the tracker either. So please alert people not to order from this company. Get my money returned to me.

I ordered two sets of Magic Tracks for my grandson Birthday online. The tracks were ok but the cars were damaged and of low quallity. I called customer service warranty and was promised two new cars within 6 weeks. Well, it has now been almost FOUR MONTHS, with no communication from magic tracks at all. cant even contact them on the phone I just want everyone to be wary that if you recieve damaged items this xmas, you may not actually be able to use the set until next xmas. All the time, they are sitting on your money and making money on it. Customer service gets an F. There are lots of similar item out there!

My co-worker and myself both tried the webs overcharged, laughed at me over phone, did not inform me of back order prior to purchase, unable to locate website on google, unable to contact cust. svc

Ordered from magictracks online to buy one get one for 19.99, also added extra set for 10.00. I was charged $39.99 for two "deluxe sets". plus my extra set and shipping and handling. My bill came to $62.97 vs $42.97. customer service was a recording with no way to hold or have them call you, it just hangs up on you after the "we are so busy" recording. Goggle was unable to locate the actual website and when called the ordering number found on another complaint the man named Anthony told me I got the best deal anyway even though that was not what I ordered. He then laughed at me and accused me of "changing my Story" about what I was charged on my bill. He said "go to the website or call customer service, this is all the information I can give to you. I will be placing a stop on the payment with my bank, so far this has cost me almost 2 hrs of my time. SAD. Karma people.... KARMA.
